Kali ini akan membahas artikel terkait  pola diet ibu dengan kandungan asam lemak pada ASI. Namun, hubungan antara pola makan ibu dan zat gizi makro dalam ASI masih belum diketahui. Ulasan terbaru menunjukkan bahwa asam lemak adalah salah satu komponen ASI yang paling sensitif terhadap kebiasaan diet ibu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"785\" height=\"630\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/ASI-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-846\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/ASI-1.jpg 785w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/ASI-1-300x241.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/ASI-1-768x616.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 785px) 100vw, 785px\" \/><figcaption>Sumber : https:\/\/images.app.goo.gl\/UYkWBT8eQf1XH4416<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Komposisi Asam Lemak ASI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Asam lemak dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok berdasarkan strukturnya: asam lemak jenuh (SFA), asam lemak tak jenuh tunggal (MUFA), dan asam lemak tak jenuh ganda (PUFA). Asupan tinggi asam lemak jenuh merupakan faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Namun, diet yang tinggi MUFA dapat meningkatkan rasio serum lipid dengan mengurangi kadar kolesterol lipoprotein densitas rendah dan meningkatkan kadar kolesterol lipoprotein densitas tinggi. \u03c9-3 PUFA, termasuk <em>docosahexaenoic acid<\/em> (DHA) yang paling terkenal, dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan fungsi otak dan kognisi, mencegah morbiditas yang terkait dengan aterosklerosis dan penyakit kardiovaskular, dan mengurangi angiogenesis retina dan koroid pada penyakit mata neovaskular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara umum, ASI diklasifikasikan menjadi kolostrum (1-6 hari setelah melahirkan), ASI transisi (7-14 hari setelah melahirkan) dan ASI matang (> 15 hari setelah melahirkan). Sebanyak 17 jenis asam lemak (FA) terdeteksi dalam sampel ASI. ASI mengandung asam lemak esensial asam linoleat dan asam alfa-linolenat, serta turunan rantai panjang asam arakidonat (ARA) dan docosahexaenoic asam (DHA).Kandungan SFA dalam ASI menurun secara signifikan dari kolostrum ke susu matur. Selama menyusui, asam stearat adalah satu-satunya SFA yang meningkat secara signifikan. Dalam sampel ASI juga terjadi peningkatan MUFA pada susu matur terutama asam oleat. Perbandingan antara level pada tahap laktasi menunjukkan tren peningkatan asam lemak rantai panjang (LCFAs), tetapi terjadi penurunan asam lemak rantai medium (MCFAs) dan asam lemak rantai sangat panjang (VLCFAs). Kandungan VLCFA secara signifikan lebih rendah pada susu transisi dan susu matur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-838\" width=\"356\" height=\"227\"\/><figcaption>Sumber : Understanding Normal and Clinical Nutrition<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hubungan Pola Diet Ibu dengan Asam Lemak pada ASI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Komposisi asam lemak dalam ASI dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan dan genetik. Di Yunani, peneliti menemukan bahwa profil asam lemak ASI dipengaruhi oleh asupan PUFA ibu dan MUFA selama setengah tahun pertama pada wanita menyusui. Mayoritas penelitian dalam bidang ini berfokus pada hubungan antara asam lemak individu dari diet ibu atau dalam berbagai jenis makanan dan kadar asam lemak dalam ASI, dan hasilnya hingga saat ini bervariasi. Ibu menyusui tidak hanya mengonsumsi satu zat gizi atau makanan dalam diet hariannya, tetapi mengonsumsi banyak zat gizi dari berbagai jenis makanan dan memiliki pola makan tertentu. Ada korelasi erat antara berbagai zat gizi dan jenis makanan tertentu. Selain itu, asupan makanan ibu setiap kali makan tidak terlepas dari asupan makanan lain; dengan demikian, pola diet mewakili efek gabungan dari asupan makanan dan lebih cocok untuk menjelaskan efek asupan makanan ibu pada komposisi ASI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pola makan ibu dapat memengaruhi asupan makronutrien ibu menyusui dan proporsi SFA, total PUFA , dan OMEGA 6 dalam profil FA dari susu yang diproduksi. Kandungan FA dalam ASI juga dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan, dimana pendapatan tersebut mempengaruhi daya beli ikan sehingga ibu yang lebih sedikit mengonsumsi ikan akan memiliki proporsi SFA yang lebih tinggi karena tingginya asupan karbohidrat. Ibu yang sering mengonsumsi <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">ikan dan rumput laut<\/span><\/strong> (sumber DHA) memiliki <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>kandungan DHA ASI transisi lebih tinggi<\/strong> <\/span>dibandingkan ibu yang jarang mengonsumsinya. Proporsi SFA tertinggi ditemukan pada ibu yang mengonsumsi produk kedelai, kacang, prosuk olahan susu,\u00a0 padi-padian, serta telur. Ibu yang<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> sering mengonsumsi susu <\/span><\/strong>memiliki <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">proporsi SFA lebih tinggi<\/span><\/strong>. Ibu yang sering mengonsumsi <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">buah dan sayur <\/span><\/strong>memiliki <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">proporsi PUFA yang lebih tinggi <\/span><\/strong>karena adanya efek protektif makanan tersebut.
