Sedangkan santan kelapa didominasi oleh laurat (>50%), dan mengandung sedikit caprilat &amp; caprat<span id=\"62a0813c-ae81-4e55-8813-f4c7796d2ff2\" data-items=\"[&quot;525303440&quot;,&quot;67333429&quot;,&quot;2770379895&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u20137\u200b<\/sup><\/span> . Oleh karena itu, secara metabolik efek konsumsi santan tidak sama dengan MCT <span id=\"d28a8539-e943-43f3-97d7-d76495af5ac7\" data-items=\"[&quot;525303440&quot;,&quot;997741660&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5,8\u200b<\/sup><\/span> , namun lebih mirip dengan makanan berlemak lainnya, sehingga perlu dibatasi juga<span id=\"2a1086c1-e697-4516-925c-d8efaa074611\" data-items=\"[&quot;67333429&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b6\u200b<\/sup><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intinya, mengganti satu porsi makanan dengan meminum santan, sama saja dengan menukar kalori dari makanan tersebut dengan kalori dari santan, yang tentunya lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan satu porsi soto atau bakso atau nasi campur. Jadi, sebenarnya yang membantu menurunkan berat badan bukanlah santan kelapa, tapi penurunan kalori yang dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nah, kalau begitu, kenapa tidak sekalian menggantinya dengan makanan yang kalorinya lebih rendah? Misalnya: satu buah pisang \/ semangka \/ pepaya kalorinya hanya 1\/5 dari segelas santan<span id=\"8d7190aa-166c-4b15-b9c7-647ea07766fe\" data-items=\"[&quot;777569588&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b9\u200b<\/sup><\/span>.  Selain itu, buah juga mengandung  serat yang terbukti membantu menurunkan berat badan dan membuat kita kenyang lebih lama<span id=\"ab10ea29-7100-4d54-baa6-a38d74d302f6\" data-items=\"[&quot;3487428605&quot;,&quot;306132101&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b10,11\u200b<\/sup><\/span>.
