Tren ini merujuk pada <strong>upaya meningkatkan konsumsi makanan tinggi serat secara sadar dalam pola makan sehari-hari.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meski terdengar seperti sekadar tren biasa, <em>fibermaxxing<\/em> sebenarnya muncul seiring meningkatnya perhatian para peneliti terhadap pentingnya serat bagi kesehatan. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa banyak orang saat ini <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">masih belum memenuhi kebutuhan serat harian<\/mark>, padahal zat gizi ini memiliki peran besar dalam <strong>mendukung kesehatan pencernaan, metabolisme, hingga kesehatan tubuh secara keseluruhan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selama ini, serat sering kali hanya dikaitkan dengan kelancaran pencernaan.
