Kamu  mempunyai masalah ini?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bagaimana perut membuncit ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaringan lemak memiliki fungsi sebagai simpanan energi yang biasanya  diukur dalam satuan kalori. Oleh karena itu, jika jumlah kalori yang  kita peroleh dari makanan melebihi jumlah kalori yang diperlukan untuk  aktivitas, kelebihannya akan disimpan di jaringan lemak<span id=\"f92f195f-8fcf-4c89-86ad-018774b2f790\" data-items=\"[&quot;1132967341&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span> . Namun,  bukankah jaringan lemak tidak hanya di perut kita? Memang benar, tetapi  massa lemak di perut kita disimpan di dua lokasi, yaitu area bawah kulit  (lemak subkutan) dan di sekitar organ perut (lemak <em>visceral<\/em>). Lemak <em>visceral<\/em>  ini tidak ada di anggota gerak tubuh kamu<span id=\"b06dc033-a1b2-4d59-bdb4-896ae75944f0\" data-items=\"[&quot;2819065575&quot;,&quot;2649159732&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2,3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> . Jadi, ketika kalori  berlebih, perut seakan-akan tampak lebih buncit karena jumlahnya memang  lebih banyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jumlah kalori makananku sama dengan dia, tapi kenapa hanya perutku  yang membuncit? Perlu diingat bahwa prinsip keseimbangan kalori ini  bukan hanya masalah kuantitasnya, tetapi juga kualitas kalorinya. <strong>Jumlah kalori yang sama pada makanan belum tentu memberikan efek yang sama pada tubuh kita <\/strong><span id=\"3cae287a-3550-469f-a83a-e948173b3a78\" data-items=\"[&quot;1132967341&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span>. Sama halnya juga dengan kalori yang dikeluarkan. <strong>Aktivitas berbeda yang membakar jumlah kalori yang sama juga memberikan efek berbeda <\/strong><span id=\"c39fc1c8-5e37-4129-a89c-7601edd22af9\" data-items=\"[&quot;2556955030&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Makanan yang berbeda memiliki perbedaan jalur metabolisme,  peningkatan jenis hormon yang berbeda, bahkan efek pada nafsu makan pun  berbeda <span id=\"2185bff6-ce24-41c7-9b75-5c94b0b08403\" data-items=\"[&quot;1132967341&quot;,&quot;2556955030&quot;,&quot;2053837869&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1,4,5\u200b<\/sup><\/span>. Misalnya, jika kita mengkonsumsi protein, tubuh kita  memakai\/mengeluarkan energi lebih banyak untuk mencerna protein  tersebut. Contoh yang lain adalah ketika kita mengkonsumsi karbohidrat  atau gula, tubuh kita meningkatkan hormon insulin yang juga mempengaruhi  peningkatan simpanan lemak pada tubuh.<span id=\"60677171-e266-4880-b20a-d62cbe8ebfd6\" data-items=\"[&quot;2556955030&quot;,&quot;2053837869&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4,5\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Dalam hal beraktivitas,  aktivitas yang dilakukan setelah konsumsi makanan menyebabkan otot  anggota gerak akan lebih aktif mengambil sumber energi dari makanan.  Oleh karena itu, area lain (seperti perut) tidak terlalu banyak  menyimpan energi<span id=\"9b942b9d-5837-4562-8214-86b125f0b956\" data-items=\"[&quot;1132967341&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span>. Penelitian juga telah membuktikan bahwa melakukan  aktivitas fisik rutin, terutama aktivitas aerobik dapat mereduksi lemak  visceral secara signifikan<span id=\"4802e11c-f161-480c-811e-9451bacb063f\" data-items=\"[&quot;2547809413&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b6\u200b<\/sup><\/span>.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Selain itu, ternyata massa lemak yang tersimpan di perut sangat  bergantung pada sistem hormon, seperti kortisol, testosteron, estrogen,  dan hormon pertumbuhan. Oleh karena itu, beberapa kondisi yang  mengganggu keseimbangan hormon seperti stress juga berperan dalam  menyebabkan perut buncit. Dalam kondisi stress, salah satu reaksi tubuh  kita adalah meningkatkan produksi kortisol dan menurunkan produksi  testosteron, estrogen, dan hormon pertumbuhan<span id=\"cbcc4cfa-de2c-4774-8276-8212286cda5b\" data-items=\"[&quot;717902335&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b7\u200b<\/sup><\/span>. Kadar kortisol yang  tinggi di dalam tubuh dapat meningkatkan akumulasi lemak, sedangkan  testosteron, estrogen, dan hormon pertumbuhan berfungsi sebaliknya.  Secara singkat, kombinasi dari kondisi tersebut dapat meningkatkan  akumulasi lemak <em>visceral <\/em> dan menyebabkan perut membuncit <span id=\"e7d6ae36-52cc-4524-8665-47eccb11cfc1\" data-items=\"[&quot;717902335&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b7\u200b<\/sup><\/span>.  <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa faktor lain yang diidentifikasi memiliki hubungan terhadap kecenderungan akumulasi lemak <em>visceral <\/em>ini  selain hormon adalah genetik, usia, ras, dan jenis kelamin <span id=\"c301c796-4f6c-4038-acc2-51946cb1d022\" data-items=\"[&quot;2819065575&quot;,&quot;2649159732&quot;,&quot;717902335&quot;,&quot;523047949&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2,3,7,8\u200b<\/sup><\/span>. Walaupun  begitu, sebaiknya kamu waspada jika anggota keluarga memiliki  kecenderungan perut buncit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Masalahkah perut buncit?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian telah membuktikan bahwa lemak <em>visceral <\/em>memiliki dampak kesehatan yang lebih besar dibandingkan lemak subkutan. Lemak <em>visceral<\/em>  berkaitan dengan peningkatan risiko kelainan metabolik dan penyakit  jantung pembuluh darah.
