Sehingga pada akhirnya, tidak sedikit orang dengan berat badan yang berlebih merasa bersalah setiap kali makan malam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terlebih lagi, jika <strong>angka timbangan menunjukkan kenaikan berat badan keesokan harinya<\/strong>. Akibatnya, mereka dengan mudahnya menyimpulkan bahwa satu-satunya penyebabnya adalah pasti karena makan malam. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Padahal tidak sesederhana itu<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mitos Makan Malam yang Terlanjur Dipercaya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Makan malam sering kali dijadikan kambing hitam dalam urusan berat badan. Akibatnya, tidak sedikit orang memilih <strong>melewatkan makan malam demi diet<\/strong>. Namun, sebelum ikut-ikutan takut makan malam, ada baiknya kita pahami dulu faktanya dari sudut pandang ilmu gizi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anggapan bahwa makan malam bisa bikin gemuk sebenarnya bisa berangkat dari satu asumsi, yaitu <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">tubuh tidak lagi membakar energi di malam hari.<\/mark> Padahal, <strong>tubuh tetap menggunakan energi sepanjang hari, termasuk saat beristirahat dan tidur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" <strong>kenaikan berat badan tidak ditentukan oleh jam makan<\/strong>, melainkan dari <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">total asupan energi yang kita konsumsi dalam sehari.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagaimana menurut studi, bahwa obesitas merupakan kondisi yang muncul ketika <strong>asupan energi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan energi yang digunakan tubuh<\/strong>, sehingga kelebihan energi tersebut <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">tersimpan sebagai jaringan lemak<\/mark>.<sup data-fn=\"617cb72c-da32-4e0c-9ce3-f5adb3293825\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"617cb72c-da32-4e0c-9ce3-f5adb3293825-link\" Porsi yang Terlalu Besar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada realitanya, sebagian orang ada yang <strong>memilih menahan lapar seharian<\/strong>, namun akhirnya <strong>\u201cbalas dendam\u201d saat makan malam<\/strong>. Ini bisa saja membuat porsi makan menjadi lebih besar dari kebutuhan tubuh.<sup data-fn=\"b256f5c1-9774-4412-a4fc-4a1ac40405e3\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"b256f5c1-9774-4412-a4fc-4a1ac40405e3-link\" href=\"#b256f5c1-9774-4412-a4fc-4a1ac40405e3\">2<\/a><\/sup><sup>,<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, meskipun sarapan dilewatkan, makan siang seadanya, tapi porsi makan malam terlalu besar, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">pola ini justru tetap memicu <em>overeating<\/em> dan kenaikan berat badan.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Pilihan Makanan Tinggi Kalori<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika menu makan malam sering diiringi dengan <strong>gorengan, makanan bersantan, minuman manis, atau camilan tinggi gula<\/strong>, maka <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">kalori yang masuk juga bisa sangat tinggi<\/mark>.<sup data-fn=\"1b4fc32d-dbca-45df-8922-e856206efff7\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"1b4fc32d-dbca-45df-8922-e856206efff7-link\" href=\"#1b4fc32d-dbca-45df-8922-e856206efff7\">3<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masalahnya, jenis makanan ini umumnya <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">padat kalori tetapi rendah serat dan protein<\/mark>, sehingga <strong>tidak memberikan rasa kenyang yang bertahan lama<\/strong>. Akibatnya, meskipun sudah makan malam, tubuh tetap mudah lapar dan mendorong asupan kalori tambahan tanpa disadari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Tidak Menerapkan <em>Mindfull Eating<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak dari kita yang memiliki kebiasaan <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">makan sambil <em>scroll <\/em>media sosial atau nonton film<\/mark>, yang akhirnya membuat <strong>porsi makan menjadi lebih banyak tanpa disadari<\/strong>.<sup data-fn=\"e4899b23-fbcf-4ee5-a795-935109b8b51c\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"e4899b23-fbcf-4ee5-a795-935109b8b51c-link\" href=\"#e4899b23-fbcf-4ee5-a795-935109b8b51c\">4<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat perhatian teralihkan, sinyal lapar dan kenyang dari tubuh menjadi kurang terasa.
