Rasanya seperti ada penyelamat, bahwa <em>kalau pola makan kurang bagus pun, setidaknya ada vitamin tambahan.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapi, apakah benar tubuh kita memang membutuhkan suplemen setiap hari? Atau sebenarnya pola makan yang seimbang sudah lebih dari cukup?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa Itu Multivitamin?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Multivitamin adalah suplemen yang menggabungkan berbagai vitamin dan mineral untuk membantu memenuhi kebutuhan zat gizi harian seseorang, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">terutama ketika asupan dari makanan kurang memadai<\/mark>.
