Setiap individu memiliki gen dan pola kromosom yang berbeda, sehingga reaksi tubuh terhadap makanan juga berbeda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa minimalist menganggap pola makan tradisional jepang, diet vegan atau vegetarian sebagai diet minimalis (1) . Tentu saja, kita sebagai orang Indonesia punya pola makan minimalis tersendiri, yang sudah diterapkan oleh kakek-nenek kita sejak dulu, sebelum revolusi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>industri dan kapitalisasi di bidang pangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>>> Tiga manfaat utama diet minimalis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada tiga manfaat utama yang diperoleh jika kita menerapkan diet minimalis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari (2) . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pertama<\/strong>,<strong> diet minimalis membuat kita lebih sehat<\/strong>. Konsep dasar diet ini yaitu menyederhanakan proses pemasakan, pengolahan, dan penyimpanan makanan. Kita dianjurkan untuk konsumsi makanan segar atau makanan dengan proses seminimal mungkin. Sehingga, dengan <strong>diet ini kita juga mengurangi penggunaan bumbu, gula, garam, minyak setiap kali memasak<\/strong>. Tentu saja ini berdampak baik bagi kesehatan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kedua<\/strong>, <strong>diet minimalis baik untuk kelestarian lingkungan<\/strong>. Dengan membeli makanan tanpa kemasan, kita terlibat langsung dalam menyelamatkan biota laut dari berton-ton sampah setiap tahun. Konsumsi makanan segar berarti mengurangi rantai distribusi makanan kemasan dari pabrik ke dapur rumah tangga. Seperti yang kita tahu, proses pengiriman barang membutuhkan bahan bakar minyak dan berdampak pada emisi karbon yang menyebabkan pemanasan global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ketiga<\/strong>, <strong>diet minimalis relatif lebih murah<\/strong>. Kita hanya menghabiskan sedikit uang dengan pola konsumsi sederhana. Diet ini sangat cocok diterapkan oleh mahasiswa, milenial yang baru saja bekerja, ataupun pasangan muda. Makanan siap saji jauh lebih mahal dibandingkan makanan segar. Tentu saja harganya lebih mahal karena perusahaan atau produsen harus memperoleh profit dari selisih biaya bahan baku, bahan tambahan pangan, dan biaya promosi yang sangat besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&gt;&gt; 7 langkah sederhana untuk memulai diet minimalis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Miliki mindset yang jelas tentang diet minimalis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diet merupakan sebuah istilah untuk menyatakan sebuah pola makan seseorang sehari-hari. Sedangkan konsep minimalisme sendiri adalah sebuah paham gaya hidup yang sederhana. Diet ini juga bertujuan untuk mengurangi \u201ceksploitasi\u201d berlebihan pada proses pemasakan, penyimpanan, pengemasan, dan pendisitribusian makanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Rencanakan apa yang akan anda makan selama seminggu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Memulai diet minimalis tidak berarti kita harus meninggalkan semua yang serba instan, kita hanya perlu merencanakan, menyiapkan, menyimpan bahan makanan apa saja yang akan dikonsumsi dalam seminggu kedepan di akhir pekan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Kurangi kebiasaan \u201cngemil\u201d secara bertahap<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diet ini tidak memaksa kita menghentikan kebiasaan \u201cngemil\u201d saat ini juga. Cukup dengan mengurangi kebiasaan lama secara bertahap. Misalkan selama satu minggu kedepan akan mengurangi konsumsi cemilan tertentu. Lakukan secara bertahap dan terus menerus. <em>Consistency is the key.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Subtitusi dengan cemilan sehat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesalahan terbesar dalam diet biasanya melakukan perubahan pola makan secara ekstrim, seperti skip sarapan, puasa dalam jangka waktu lama, hingga tidak konsumsi karbohidrat sama sekali. Anda tidak perlu melakukan itu. Kita hanya perlu makan beranekaragam makanan dan mensubtitusi junk food dengan cemilan yang lebih sehat. Misalkan mengganti keripik dengan buah seperti semangka, pepaya dan aneka ragam buah lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Berpikir sederhana<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prinsip dasar dari diet minimalis adalah berpikir sederhana. Kita tidak perlu memesan makanan di catering diet, hanya perlu mempelajari resep masakan yang sederhana. Kita bisa membuat steamed vegetables, gado-gado, nasi pecel, sup, pepes, sayur asem, soto, otak-otak, dan berbagai makanan nusantara lainnya. Atau konsumsi sayuran mentah seperti daun poh pohan, kemangi, terong bulat, tomat, ketimun, daun kedondong, leunca, selada, dan kacang panjang (3) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Makanlah sesuai kebutuhan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebutuhan zat gizi secara umum dapat dilihat dalam tabel Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG). Anda juga bisa menggunakan model \u201cpiring makanku\u201d. Tetapi jika ingin mendapatkan estimasi yang lebih sesuai sebaiknya berkonsultasi langsung dengan ahli gizi. Seorang ahli gizi mampu membuat perencanaan diet sederhana sesuai pedoman gizi seimbang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Kurangi penggunaan sampah plastik makanan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kita dapat mengurangi sampah plastik dengan membawa tas belanja, tumbler atau botol air minum sendiri.
