Tidak sedikit juga yang merasa tubuhnya terasa <strong>lebih ringan, pencernaan lebih nyaman, <em>mood <\/em>lebih baik, dan <em>craving<\/em> berkurang.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di tengah perubahan gaya hidup ini, muncul keyakinan bahwa <em>clean eating<\/em> adalah <strong>cara paling efektif<\/strong> untuk menurunkan berat badan, karena lebih aman, lebih alami, dan lebih mudah dijalani. Banyak makanan yang dianggap bersih, namun mengandung <strong>energi tinggi, terutama jika porsinya besar.<\/strong> Misalnya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Smoothie bowl<\/em> dengan <em>topping<\/em> kacang dan buah kering bisa mencapai 500\u2013700 kalori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Granola + yogurt yang terlihat sederhana sering kali setara dengan kalori dua porsi nasi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Satu genggam almond sudah sekitar 150\u2013200 kalori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Avocado toast<\/em> versi kafe bisa mencapai 350\u2013500 kalori per potong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika makanan ini dikonsumsi tanpa kontrol porsi, total kalori harian tetap bisa melebihi kebutuhan tubuh, sehingga <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">penurunan berat badan sulit terjadi<\/mark>.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, tubuh memiliki <strong>respons biologis alami<\/strong> ketika pola makan berubah drastis.
