Sementara itu, makanan rumahan seperti sayur, lauk sederhana, atau buah yang rasanya lebih alami sering kali dianggap \u201ckurang enak\u201d. Fenomena ini sebenarnya <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">tidak selalu berkaitan dengan anak yang pilih-pilih makan<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini perlu dipahami dengan lebih luas, karena bukan hanya soal kebiasaan makan, tetapi <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">menyangkut bagaimana indera perasa anak berkembang<\/mark>. Tidak hanya lebih manis atau lebih asin, tetapi juga mengandung <strong>penambah rasa, penguat aroma, dan tekstur yang dibuat sesedap mungkin<\/strong>.<sup data-fn=\"4bd1b192-b1a8-4b9d-bec1-3ace1586d6e9\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"4bd1b192-b1a8-4b9d-bec1-3ace1586d6e9-link\" href=\"#4bd1b192-b1a8-4b9d-bec1-3ace1586d6e9\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam jangka panjang, paparan berulang terhadap rasa yang sangat intens ini tentunya dapat <strong>mengubah cara reseptor perasa merespons makanan<\/strong>. Lidah menjadi <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u201cterbiasa\u201d pada rangsangan kuat<\/mark>, sehingga rasa alami seperti manis buah atau gurih kaldu rumahan terasa jauh lebih datar.<sup data-fn=\"3ba24461-f915-44d5-ae37-53f4e36b1f23\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"3ba24461-f915-44d5-ae37-53f4e36b1f23-link\" href=\"#3ba24461-f915-44d5-ae37-53f4e36b1f23\">2<\/a><\/sup><sup>,<\/sup><sup data-fn=\"9a423a72-681f-4f56-b817-0c3091e8e54a\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"9a423a72-681f-4f56-b817-0c3091e8e54a-link\" href=\"#9a423a72-681f-4f56-b817-0c3091e8e54a\">3<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fenomena ini dikenal sebagai <strong>penurunan sensitivitas rasa<\/strong>, dan bisa terjadi pada usia berapa pun, termasuk anak-anak yang sering mengonsumsi UPF sejak kecil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasa pada makanan segar sebenarnya sangat kompleks, seperti manis alami di buah, asam pada sayur, gurih halus pada protein hewani. Namun, rasa-rasa ini membutuhkan <strong>sensitivitas lidah yang baik<\/strong> untuk bisa diapresiasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perubahan di level indera perasa ini pada akhirnya tidak berhenti hanya pada soal \u201clidah terbiasa rasa kuat\u201d. Dampaknya bisa <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">merembet ke kebiasaan makan sehari-hari<\/mark>. Saat rasa alami tak lagi memuaskan, preferensi anak pun perlahan ikut bergeser, dan inilah yang s<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">ering kali tidak disadari banyak orang tua.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perubahan preferensi ini biasanya muncul dalam bentuk kebiasaan kecil seperti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lebih sering meminta <em>snack<\/em> atau minuman manis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lebih mudah bosan dengan makanan rumahan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lebih susah menerima sayur baru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>craving <\/em>makanan gurih, asin, atau berempah kuat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>porsi UPF meningkat dari waktu ke waktu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Polanya bisa terjadi <strong>sangat halus<\/strong>. Banyak orang tua merasa anak \u201ctiba-tiba sulit makan makanan rumah\u201d, padahal perubahan preferensi rasa ini <strong>terjadi bertahun-tahun<\/strong>, dan dipicu oleh <strong>kebiasaan kecil yang berulang setiap hari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dampak Metabolik yang Perlu Diperhatikan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain memengaruhi lidah, konsumsi UPF yang terlalu sering juga dapat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>meningkatkan preferensi terhadap makanan tinggi gula dan lemak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mengganggu regulasi nafsu makan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meningkatkan risiko obesitas pada anak hingga 26% dan penyakit kardiovaskular sebesar 35%,<sup data-fn=\"20849eed-5cf4-4754-8ceb-2e5c2ae4cc56\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"20849eed-5cf4-4754-8ceb-2e5c2ae4cc56-link\" href=\"#20849eed-5cf4-4754-8ceb-2e5c2ae4cc56\">4<\/a><\/sup> karena produk ini tinggi kalori, gula, dan lemak, tetapi rendah zat gizi penting<sup data-fn=\"35ee67f1-84db-4194-9ae2-228a8a98b4df\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"35ee67f1-84db-4194-9ae2-228a8a98b4df-link\" href=\"#35ee67f1-84db-4194-9ae2-228a8a98b4df\">5<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mengganggu keseimbangan mikrobiota usus dan memicu peradangan, yang berkontribusi pada sindrom metabolik dan gangguan metabolisme lainnya<sup data-fn=\"614e45fa-ca56-429b-bd7d-02bb9507479f\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"614e45fa-ca56-429b-bd7d-02bb9507479f-link\" href=\"#614e45fa-ca56-429b-bd7d-02bb9507479f\">6<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketika sensitivitas rasa menurun, anak cenderung <strong>memilih makanan yang lebih manis atau lebih gurih<\/strong> untuk mendapatkan \u201ckepuasan rasa\u201d yang sama. Lidah dapat \u201cbelajar ulang\u201d, terutama jika dilakukan secara bertahap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa langkah yang terbukti membantu, seperti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kurangi UPF secara perlahan<\/strong>. Tidak perlu langsung berhenti total. Kurangi frekuensinya dan mulai perkenalkan rasa alami lebih sering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perkenalkan kembali makanan segar berkali-kali<\/strong>. Bisa dilakukan 10\u201315 kali paparan agar dapat menerima rasa baru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gunakan teknik masak yang memperkuat rasa alami<\/strong>. Panggang, tumis, kukus dengan bumbu ringan dapat meningkatkan aroma dan rasa tanpa perlu penguat rasa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hindari membandingkan makanan rumah dengan <em>snack<\/em><\/strong>. Ajak anak menikmati rasa alami tanpa <em>framing<\/em> bahwa \u201cini kalah enak dari <em>snack<\/em>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jadikan makan sebagai pengalaman positif<\/strong>. Jangan sampai ada tekanan atau paksaan, karena ini dapat membuat anak makin menolak makanan baru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Perubahan kecil tetapi konsisten<\/mark> dapat membantu lidah anak kembali mengenali dan menikmati rasa alami. Kecenderungan anak menyukai makanan yang \u201cnendang\u201d bukanlah masalah perilaku semata. Ada proses biologis yang ikut berperan, mulai dari reseptor rasa yang kurang sensitif hingga preferensi alami yang bergeser karena seringnya terpapar UPF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan memahami mekanisme ini, orang tua (dan pendidik) dapat mengambil langkah <strong>preventif dan korektif<\/strong> tanpa menyalahkan anak. Kuncinya bukan melarang sepenuhnya, tetapi <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">membangun kebiasaan rasa<\/mark> yang lebih seimbang, dan ya, lidah anak bisa kembali sensitif.
