Yaitu hari yang diperingati untuk mengkampanyekan betapa pentingnya membawa bekal. Bekal yang dibawa harus bekal sehat. Peringatan ini pada mulanya digagas oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan  (BPOM), serta salah satu perusahaan multi nasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidak heran peringatan ini diadakan. Mengingat menurut data BPOM, 99% anak sekolah menerapkan perilaku jajan dan 59-70% diantaranya jajan di tempat yang tidak higienis. Dewasa ini budaya berbekal\nmulai ditinggalkan. Di zaman dahulu, baik di desa maupun di kota masyarakat\nmasih sering membawa bekal baik ke sekolah, sawah, maupun tempat kerja. Kurang praktisnya\nbekal dianggap menjadi penyebab kebiasaan ini mulai ditinggalkan. Padahal meski\ndianggap kurang praktis, dengan berbekal kesehatan kita akan lebih terjaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengutip ucapan Menko\nPembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan, Puan Maharani: \u201cHidup sehat itu dimulai\ndari kebiasaan mengonsumsi makanan sehat dari rumah. Itu kenapa saya selalu\ningatkan pentingnya membawa bekal sendiri. Demi kesehatan, bukan semata pelit\nloh\u201d.  Hal tersebut menunjukan betapa\npentingnya berbekal untuk kesehatan dan negara dalam hal ini mendorong\nmasyarakat untuk berbekal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rajin berbekal sebagai wujud membudayakan dan membiasakan perilaku baik menjadi satu hal yang perlu dipupuk.
