Teksturnya lembut, warnanya elegan, dan keju lumer di dalamnya bikin siapa pun tergoda. Rasanya mewah, tapi apakah gizinya sebanding? Di balik rasanya yang memikat, penting juga untuk tahu kandungan gizi bolu ketan hitam ini. Apakah benar lebih sehat karena pakai ketan hitam? Atau justru tetap jadi bom kalori?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bolu Ketan Hitam Isi Keju: Sehat atau Sekadar Tren?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolu ketan hitam isi keju terbuat dari tepung ketan hitam, telur, gula, mentega, dan keju leleh sebagai isian. Banyak yang menganggapnya lebih sehat karena bahan dasarnya bukan tepung terigu. Tapi benarkah begitu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Jika dibandingkan dengan tepung putih biasa, ketan hitam memang lebih kaya akan zat gizi<\/mark><strong>. <\/strong>Dalam 100 gram ketan hitam matang, terkandung sekitar 181 kkal energi, 37,3 gram karbohidrat, 4 gram protein, 1,2 gram lemak, dan 0,3 gram serat. Selain itu, ketan hitam juga mengandung 1,7 mg zat besi, serta mikronutrien lain seperti kalsium, fosfor, natrium, zink, dan vitamin B kompleks.<sup>1 <\/sup>Kandungan tersebut menjadikan ketan hitam sebagai sumber karbohidrat yang sedikit lebih unggul, terutama bagi yang ingin menambah asupan zat besi dan mikronutrien lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">ketika diolah menjadi bolu dengan tambahan mentega, gula, dan keju, kandungan kalori bolu ketan hitam bisa melonjak<\/mark>. Rata-rata, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">satu potong bolu seberat 80\u2013100 gram mengandung 250\u2013350 kkal<\/mark>, tergantung pada takaran isian kejunya.
