Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RBO tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai minyak goreng yang sehat tetapi juga memiliki kandungan yang dapat membantu mengelola tingkat tekanan darah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mengenal RBO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rice Bran Oil <\/em>(RBO) merupakan salah satu bentuk dari buangan atau limbah pertanian. Proses pengolahan padi menjadi beras melibatkan kegiatan penggilingan padi, yang dalam prosesnya tidak hanya menghasilkan beras, tetapi juga limbah berupa sekam dan dedak. Jika limbah tersebut tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka dapat berubah menjadi sampah yang berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan. Kondisi ini tentu menjadi permasalahan yang perlu segera diberikan solusi. <span data-has-children=\"true\" id=\"822f6a20-ff60-49e7-9f13-780e821f1069\" data-items=\"[&quot;799704755&quot;]\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan limbah hasil pengolahan padi menjadi hal yang sangat penting agar memiliki nilai guna. Salah satu contoh pemanfaatan limbah penggilingan padi adalah dedak yang dapat diolah menjadi minyak goreng. Selain itu, kapasitas antioksidan RBO berkontribusi pada penurunan kadar<em> <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/p2ptm.kemkes.go.id\/infographic-p2ptm\/hipertensi-penyakit-jantung-dan-pembuluhdarah\/page\/36\/apa-itu-hdl-dan-ldl\"><em>Low Density Lipoprotein<\/em> (LDL)<\/a> yang juga bermanfaat bagi kesehatan kardiovaskular.<span data-has-children=\"true\" id=\"d7d916c8-909b-4bdf-a273-05b337ea0cee\" data-items=\"[&quot;1974720031&quot;]\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebuah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplemen dedak padi yang mengandung<a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/website?sl=en&amp;tl=id&amp;hl=id&amp;client=sge&amp;u=https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/nu12103060\"> <em>peptida Leu-Arg-Ala<\/em><\/a> secara signifikan mengurangi tekanan darah sistolik pada individu dengan hipertensi ringan.<span data-has-children=\"true\" id=\"ed9c9e1f-a2c0-4a57-927d-5a0f483f285c\" data-items=\"[&quot;1836335309&quot;]\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b6<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bagaimana Kandungan dalam RBO Bekerja?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Penghambatan ACE<\/strong>: Fraksi dedak padi telah terbukti menghambat kerja <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC193637\/\"><em>Angiotensin converting enzyme<\/em> (ACE)<\/a>, yang memainkan peran penting dalam pengaturan tekanan darah.<span data-has-children=\"true\" id=\"cf61e3ac-cb6a-4083-b3be-7dbfd3d54e25\" data-items=\"[&quot;690473475&quot;]\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b7<\/sup><\/span> Enzim ini dapat mengubah hormon angiotensin I menjadi angiotensin II.&nbsp;Angiotensin II adalah zat yang bisa menimbulkan penyempitan pembuluh darah, sehingga menyebabkan tekanan darah meningkat.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peningkatan Profil Lipid<\/strong>: Suplementasi makanan dengan fraksi dedak padi telah dikaitkan dengan peningkatan profil lipid dan metabolisme glukosa, yang selanjutnya mendukung kesehatan kardiovaskular.<span id=\"cfc97d47-20be-45c9-9fbe-c20e9dfc2979\" data-items=\"[&quot;3561462024&quot;]\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b8<\/sup><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Baca Juga: <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/12\/21\/makanan-tinggi-lemak-teman-atau-lawan\/\">Makanan Tinggi Lemak \u2013 Teman atau Lawan?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Takaran yang Direkomendasikan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>RBO dapat menjadi salah satu jenis asupan lemak harian, yang dalam takaran konsumsinya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kalori masing-masing individu. Berdasarkan rekomendasi umum dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI, asupan lemak harian yakni berkisar antara 20-25% dari total energi. Dalam hal ini setara dengan 5 sendok makan atau 67 gram per orang dalam satu hari.<span id=\"cfc97d47-20be-45c9-9fbe-c20e9dfc2979\" data-items=\"[&quot;3561462024&quot;]\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>9<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meskipun demikian, RBO tetap menjadi alternatif minyak yang lebih sehat untuk dikonsumsi karena memiliki komposisi lemak tak jenuh ganda sebesar 33% (mengandung asam lemak esensial), lemak jenuh 20% dan lemak tak jenuh tunggal 47%. Komposisi ini sangat dekat dengan rekomendasi <em>American Heart Association<\/em> (AHA) untuk takaran konsumsi minyak nabati.<span id=\"cfc97d47-20be-45c9-9fbe-c20e9dfc2979\" data-items=\"[&quot;3561462024&quot;]\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>10<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Olahan dan Aplikasi Industri<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Olahan RBO dapat mencakup produk makanan seperti margarin, makanan yang dipanggang, dan minyak goreng.
