Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stunting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK). Kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu lama serta terjadinya infeksi berulang, dan kedua faktor penyebab ini dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh yang tidak memadai terutama dalam 1000 HPK.<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> Penurunan stunting penting dilakukan sedini mungkin untuk menghindari dampak jangka panjang yang merugikan seperti terhambatnya tumbuh kembang anak.<\/mark><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) Kementerian Kesehatan pada 2018 menemukan 30,8% anak di Indonesia mengalami stunting. Walaupun prevalensi stunting terus menurun, bahkan di tahun 2022 berdasarkan hasil Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/12\/21\/prevalensi-stunting-2019-di-indonesia-menurun\/\">prevalensi stunting<\/a> di Indonesia turun menjadi 21.6%, namun angka tersebut masih belum mencapai standar WHO yakni di bawah 20% dan target prevalensi angka stunting di Indonesia di tahun 2024 yakni 14%. Penyebab langsung masalah gizi pada anak termasuk stunting adalah rendahnya asupan gizi dan status kesehatan. <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Penurunan stunting menitik beratkan pada penanganan penyebab masalah gizi, salah satunya faktor yang berhubungan dengan asupan terutama asupan protein hewani maupun nabati.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Protein diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak. Di samping itu protein juga diperlukan untuk pembentukan dan perbaikan semua jaringan di dalam tubuh termasuk darah, enzim, hormon, kulit, rambut, dan kuku. Protein didapatkan dari sumber \u2013 sumber hewani maupun nabati. Meskipun sama \u2013 sama mengandung protein, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">protein hewani memiliki keunggulan lebih mudah diserap dalam tubuh dibandingkan protein nabati karena pangan hewani mempunyai asam amino yang lebih lengkap dan mempunyai mutu zat gizi yaitu protein, vitamin dan mineral lebih baik.<\/mark><\/strong> Oleh sebab itu protein hewani disarankan untuk lebih banyak dikonsumsi. Namun pada kenyataannya konsumsi protein hewani masih rendah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/12\/16\/penurunan-stunting-melalui-1000-hari-pertama-kehidupan-hpk\/\"><strong>Lebih Lanjut : Penurunan Stunting Melalui 1000 HPK <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ikan Kembung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Konsumsi protein hewani yang rendah disebabkan karena pemikiran orang tentang mahalnya sumber makanan tersebut. Namun, banyak pangan hewani yang cukup terjangkau dan memiliki kandungan gizi yang tinggi. Salah satunya adalah ikan kembung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ikan kembung merupakan salah satu ikan air laut. Kandungan energi ikan kembung per 100 gram adalah 125 kkal, protein 21.3 gram, lemak 3.4 gram, dan karbohidrat 2.2 gram. <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Ikan kembung juga merupakan salah satu sumber makanan tinggi protein dan omega 3 yang memiliki harga terjangkau dan mudah didapatkan.<\/mark><\/strong> Berdasarkan Tabel Komposisi Pangan Indonesia (TKPI) jumlah kandungan protein ikan kembung adalah 21.3 gr dan omega-3 adalah 2.6 gram. Jumlah tersebut masih lebih tinggi dibandingkan kandungan protein dan omega-3 ikan salmon yakni protein 19.9 gram dan omega-3 adalah 1.4 gram. Manfaat protein dan omega 3 yang terdapat dalam ikan kembung membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal bagi anak sehingga dengan mengonsumsi ikan kembung dapat mencegah masalah gizi pada anak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasa ikan kembung memiliki rasa daging yang gurih walau tanpa diberikan bumbu dan duri yang relatif sedikit sehingga memudahkan anak untuk mengonsumsi. Berbagai variasi menu dan bentuk dapat ibu lakukan untuk meningkatkan asupan ikan kembung pada anak. Ibu juga dapat mencampur dengan bahan makanan lainnya untuk memberikan makanan yang padat gizi pada anak sehingga kebutuhan gizi anak tercukupi. Namun perlu diingat, teknik pengolahan yang salah dapat mengurangi kandungan gizi pada ikan kembung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Referensi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenno, M.
