Mari kita simak penjelasannya pada artikel berikut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mitos \/ Fakta?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pernyataan konsumsi makanan pedas pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan bayi lahir sakit merupakan mitos. <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Tidak terdapat bukti ilmiah bahwa makanan pedas dapat menyebabkan bayi lahir sakit.<\/mark><\/strong> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Faktanya, makanan pedas hanya akan berpengaruh pada ibu, sementara janin mengambil zat gizi dari cabai yang banyak mengandung vitamin C. <\/mark><\/strong>Ibu hamil diperbolehkan untuk mengonsumsi makanan pedas namun tidak berlebihan. Konsumsi makanan pedas terutama cabai terlalu banyak dapat menyebabkan iritasi saluran cerna dan menyebabkan diare.<sup>2,3<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, terdapat penelitian yang mengatakan bahwa <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">makanan yang tidak baik dikonsumsi oleh ibu hamil adalah makanan mentah, makanan kaleng, makanan manis yang berlebihan, makanan pedas yang berlebihan, susu berlemak, margarin yang berlebihan, dan makanan yang sudah tidak segar.<sup>4<\/sup><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/11\/16\/mitos-makanan-pada-ibu-hamil-dan-menyusui\/\">Baca : Mitos Makanan pada Ibu hamil dan Menyusui<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risiko dan Efek Samping Konsumsi Makanan Pedas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengonsumsi makanan pedas terutama dalam jumlah banyak dapat menyebabkan masalah pada ibu hamil. Berikut merupakan risiko dan efek samping dari konsumsi makanan pedas selama kehamilan :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Heartburn<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu bahaya yang bisa ditimbulkan jika ibu hamil sering makan-makanan yang pedas akan mengalami <em>heartburn<\/em>. <em>Heartburn<\/em> adalah kondisi dimana dada terasa sesak dan nafas setelah makan. <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Makan-makanan yang pedas selama masa kehamilan bisa menyebabkan anda mengalami heartburn dan juga bisa meningkatkan asam lambung.<\/mark><\/strong><sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Morning Sickness<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahaya jika ibu terlalu sering makan-makanan pedas selama masa kehamilan yang kedua adalah bisa memperburuk <em>morning sickness<\/em> yang ibu alami. <em>Morning sickness<\/em> ini diiringi gejala seperti mual, muntah, pusing, perut tak nyaman dan bisa jadi tambah parah jika ibu makan-makanan pedas. Ibu hamil juga harus tahu bagaimana cara mengatasi <em>morning sickness<\/em>.<sup>2 <\/sup>Seperti halnya mual karena penyebab lain, morning sickness dapat sangat terbantu dengan makan dalam jumlah yang lebih sedikit namun lebih sering. Para ahli juga menyarankan untuk <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">menghindari makanan pedas, yang cenderung memperburuk rasa mual.<\/mark><\/strong><sup>5<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/chilli-gc75f189b9_1920-1024x627.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5291\" width=\"539\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/chilli-gc75f189b9_1920-1024x627.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/chilli-gc75f189b9_1920-300x184.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/chilli-gc75f189b9_1920-768x470.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/chilli-gc75f189b9_1920-1536x941.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/chilli-gc75f189b9_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 539px) 100vw, 539px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maag<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagi ibu yang suka makan pedas dalam keadaan ibu sedang hamil lebih besar berisiko terkena maag atau asam lambung.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/diet-gastritis-maag\/\">Baca : Diet Gastritis (Maag)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perut terasa tidak nyaman<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Perut terasa tidak nyaman atau perut terasa mulas karna makanan yang di konsumsi ibu hamil makanan pedas bisa membuat ibu terkena sakit perut yang disertai dengan gejala infeksi. Jika sudah sangat parah maka akan menyebabkan diare yang berlebihan.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontraksi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Makanan pedas bisa membantu meningkatkan pelepasan hormon prostaglandin yang mana bisa menyebabkan otot menginduksi sehingga bisa menyebabkan kontraksi.<\/mark><\/strong> Kontraksi ini akan kita rasakan seperti mau melahirkan.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manfaat Makanan Pedas (Cabai)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Makanan pedas juga memiliki manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh apabila dikonsumsi dalam jumlah yang tidak berlebihan, diantaranya :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mengurangi risiko penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan kandungan vitamin B6, asam folat, kalium, dan beta-karoten yang terdapat pada cabai, Anda dapat terhindar dari serangan jantung. Vitamin B juga dapat mengurangi kadar homosistein. Tingginya kadar homosistein dapat merusak pembuluh darah dan meningkatkan risiko stroke serta serangan jantung.<sup>6<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menjaga kadar gula darah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebuah studi dari <em>Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry<\/em> mengungkapkan bahwa <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">capsaicin berpotensi menurunkan kadar gula darah<\/mark><\/strong>. Selain itu, capsaicin bersifat antidiabetik dan dipercaya memberi efek positif bila dikonsumsi oleh pasien diabetes tipe 1.<sup>7<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manfaat vitamin C yang terkandung pada cabai<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/08\/04\/konsumsi-vitamin-c-aman-saat-pandemi\/\">Vitamin C<\/a> adalah salah satu zat gizi yang berperan sebagai antioksidan dan efektif mengatasi radikal bebas yang dapat merusak sel atau jaringan. Vitamin C pada cabai memiliki fungsi sebagai <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/02\/24\/zat-gizi-antioksidan-free-radical-scavengers\/\">antioksidan<\/a> yang baik untuk tubuh (mampu meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh yang diserap oleh kalsium dalam tubuh.<sup>8<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips Mengonsumsi Makanan Pedas yang Aman<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mengonsumsi makanan yang memiliki persetujuan BPOM, agar terjamin kualitasnya.<\/li><li>Periksa kemasan dan tanggal kedaluwarsa produk.<\/li><li>Batasi konsumsi makanan pedas untuk menghindari risiko dan efek sampingnya.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Efek makanan pedas hanya berpengaruh pada ibu, sedangkan janin akan mendapatkan&nbsp; zat gizi vitamin C dari makanan pedas yang mengandung cabai.
