Jagung merupakan salah satu makanan alami yang banyak tumbuh di Indonesia. Banyak masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi jagung ini dengan diolah menjadi berbagai macam makanan. Jagung juga memiliki berbagai manfaat di dalamnya, tetapi tidak sedikit pula yang menganggap bahwa jagung merupakan makanan yang kurang baik dikonsumsi untuk tubuh. Ada mitos mengenai jagung yang memiliki kandungan gula tinggi dan juga sulit dicerna oleh tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jagung Memiliki Kandungan Gula Yang Tinggi ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Banyak orang yang mengira bahwa kandungan gula pada jagung memiliki jumlah yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan makanan alami lainnya, terutama pada jagung manis, Pendapat itu tidak benar adanya, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">walaupun jagung manis tumbuh dari varietas jagung yang berbeda, tetapi tetap kandungan gula di dalamnya tumbuh secara alami.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Berdasarkan tabel indeks glikemik kandungan jagung manis memiliki angka 48. Angka ini lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan nasi atau kentang yang memiliki angka di atas 70.<\/span><\/strong> Dari angka ini kita dapat mengetahui bahwa jagung lebih sedikit meningkatkan kadar gula darah dibandingkan dengan nasi dan kentang yang justru membuatnya menjadi bahan anjuran bagi penderita <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/11\/14\/efek-diet-rendah-karbohidrat-pada-kontrol-glikemik-diabetes-mellitus-tipe-2\/\">diabetes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Namun, tetap saja <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">harus diperhatikan dalam pengolahan jagung<\/span><\/strong> ini. Banyak orang berfikir bahwa kandungan serat tinggi pada jagung dapat menimbulkan sakit perut jika dimakan. Walaupun jagung memang bukan makanan yang paling mudah untuk dicerna oleh tubuh, tetapi <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">kandungan serat tinggi pada jagung<\/span><\/strong> justru dapat membantu pencernaan.
