Apa saja yang harus diperhatikan bagi ibu hamil yang berpuasa? Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa syarat ibu hamil boleh berpuasa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ibu hamil boleh saja berpuasa. Namun, adabaiknya untuk selalu berkonsultasi dengan dokter terkait kemungkinan untuk berpuasa apabila dikaitkan dengan kondisi fisik,keadaan kandungan dan janin, serta keadaan kesehatan guna menghindari komplikasi yang mungkin timbul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut syarat atau ciri-ciri ibu hamil yang boleh berpuasa :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ibu hamil tidak memiliki masalah kesehatan terkait dengan kehamilannya ataupun kesehatan tubuhnya dan sedang tidak berada pada kondisi menerima pengobatan<\/li><li>Memiliki kondisi kesehatandan kehamilan yang normal dapat menjalankan ibadah puasa saat usia kehamilan mencapai 4 -7 bulan<\/li><li>Ibu dengan usia kehamilan pada trimester pertama diperbolehkan menjalankan ibadah puasa, namun dengan memperhatikan kondisi kesehatannya karena biasanya kesehatan ibu hamil pada usia kehamilan muda cenderung tidak stabil, sering muntah (hiperemesis) dan sering pusing atau lemah. Kondisi hiperemesis dapat mengakibatkan homeostasis ibu hamil terganggu karena ibu akan kehilangan banyak cairan tubuh dan zat gizi. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/11\/01\/makanan-yang-dianjurkan-tidak-dianjurkan-bagi-ibu-hamil\/\"><strong>Baca Artikel : Makanan yang Dianjurkan dan Tidak Dianjurkan bagi Ibu Hamil<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kondisi yang menyebabkan ibu hamil dilarang berpuasa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Menurunnya tekanan darah hingga menyebabkan pingsan, pusing, atau hilangnya konsentrasi<\/li><li>Muntah yang berkelanjutan, khususnya sampai \u2153 awal dari masa kehamilan<\/li><li>Terjadi pendarahan saat kehamilan, baik \u2153awal maupun \u2153 akhir dari masa kehamilan<\/li><li>Penyakit yang dirasakan selama kehamilan,terutama penyakit ginjal, penyakit jantung, <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/01\/06\/diabetes-pada-ibu-hamil-bagaimana-cara-mencegahnya\/\">diabetes<\/a>, dan membesarnya kelenjar gondok<\/li><li>Mengalami keguguran yang berulang kali atau kelahiran prematur<\/li><li>Mengalami keracunan yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya tekanan darah dan berat badan yang disertai dengan pembengkakan pada kedua kaki<\/li><li>Berada di hari persalinan<\/li><li>Memiliki gangguan maag<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/06\/09\/pencegahan-pre-eklampsia-dan-eklampsia-pada-ibu-hamil\/\"><strong>Lebih Lanjut : Pencegahan Pre Eklampsia dan Eklampsia pada Ibu Hamil<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anjuran makan bagi ibu hamil yang berpuasa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prinsip yang terpenting adalah gizi yang seimbang dan asupan cairan yang cukup (minimal 2,6 liter air di antara buka sampai sahur).
