Kebiasaan minum soft drink menjadi faktor risiko kejadian <em>menarche<\/em> dini. Benarkah demikian? Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Soft Drink<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan Keputusan Kepala BPOM RI No. HK.00.05.52.4040 tentang Kategori Pangan, minuman ringan adalah minuman yang tidak mengandung alkohol yang merupakan minuman olahan dalam bentuk bubuk atau cair yang mengandung bahan makanan dan bahan tambahan lainnya baik alami maupun sintetik yang dikemas dalam kemasan siap untuk dikonsumsi. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Minuman ringan merupakan produk minuman yang diperoleh tanpa melalui proses fermentasi dengan atau tanpa penambahan karbondioksida, dengan atau tanpa pengenceran sebelum diminum, tetapi tidak termasuk air, susu atau produk olahannya, teh, kopi, cokelat, produk telur, produk daging, kamir atau ekstrak sayur, sup, sari sayur dan minuman beralkohol.<\/span><\/strong> Jika minuman memiliki rasa susu masih dapat digolongkan sebagai minuman ringan jika mengandung susu tidak lebih dari 5%.<span id=\"31244bda-a938-4d49-bf0e-d5ee79155f46\" data-items=\"[&quot;1595020060&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/beverage-cans-86983_1920-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3190\" width=\"513\" height=\"342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/beverage-cans-86983_1920-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/beverage-cans-86983_1920-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/beverage-cans-86983_1920-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/beverage-cans-86983_1920-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/beverage-cans-86983_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 513px) 100vw, 513px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara umum, minuman ringan dapat digolongkan menjadi dua jenis, yaitu minuman ringan berkarbonasi dan minuman ringan tanpa karbonasi. Minuman ringan dengan karbonasi adalah minuman yang dibuat dengan mengabsorpsikan karbondioksida ke dalam air minum. Tergolong tinggi gula dan kalori, 1 botol<em> soft drink<\/em>  (500 ml) mengandung 15 &#8211; 18 sendok gula dan memiliki kalori sebesar 240 kkal. Selain itu minuman ringan juga mengandung natrium, kafein, dan pemanis buatan seperti sakarin, aspartam, acesulfame K, dan sucralose.<span id=\"3e712393-9586-4a8e-94f6-539a2690960d\" data-items=\"[&quot;2587327425&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/04\/07\/efek-konsumsi-sugar-sweetened-beverages-amankah\/\">Baca Artikel : Efek konsumsi <em>sugar sweetened beverages <\/em>amankah?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menarche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>adalah terminologi medis yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">menstruasi pertama yang dialami oleh seorang wanita. <\/span><\/strong><em>Menarche<\/em> mendefinisikan menstruasi, yang merupakan proses fisiologis normal yang terjadi secara rutin dalam interval bulanan. Menstruasi adalah meluruhnya dinding rahim (endometrium) yanng banyak mengandung pembuluh darah. Pada awal masa pubertas, bagian hipotalamus pada otak akan mensekresikan <em>Gonadotropin releasing Hormone<\/em> (GnRH), kemudian kelenjar pituitari akan memproduksi <em>Follicle Stimulating Hormone <\/em>(FSH) dan <em>Luteinizing Hormone<\/em> (LH) yang akan mempengaruhi gonad untuk menstimulasi pematangan folikel. Menarche yang muncul terlambat biasanya terjadi pada atlet yang sangat kompetitif atau pada wanita yang membatasi asupan energi dan lemak secara ketat. Jika menarche terjadi pada usia di bawah 11 tahun disebut sebagai <em>menarche<\/em> dini. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><em>Menarche<\/em> dini dapat menjadi faktor risiko penyakit kronis di waktu dewasa, termasuk diantaranya adalah diabetes tipe 2, <em>fatty liver<\/em> non-alkoholik, dan penyakit kardiovaskular.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"829f884d-1066-495e-bd2e-196a1582540c\" data-items=\"[&quot;522459054&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Selain itu menarche dini juga memiliki kaitan dengan kanker-kanker yang terkait hormon seperti kanker ovarium dan kanker payudara.<span id=\"84ca3811-7047-4a74-a3bd-2fbe05636cb8\" data-items=\"[&quot;2554943041&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebuah studi meta-analisis menyatakan bahwa <em>menarche<\/em> dini berkaitan dengan risiko diabetes tipe 2 yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian tersebut menyatakan bahwa mekanisme meningkatnya risiko diabetes tipe 2 karena <em>menarche<\/em> dini berkaitan dengan hormon seks endogen yang memegang peran penting dalam patogenesis diabetes tipe 2. <em>Menarche<\/em> yang terjadi lebih awal berhubungan dengan level <em>insulin like growth factor<\/em> (IGF)-I, androstenedione, <em>dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate<\/em> (DHEAS), leptin, dan insulin puasa yang lebih tinggi serta level IGF binding protein-I dan <em>sex hormone binding globulin<\/em> (SHBG) yang lebih rendah. Keadaan ini dapat menyebabkan hiperinsulinemia yang akan menginduksi resistensi insulin dan kemudian berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya risiko terjadinya diabetes tipe 2.<span id=\"308fbd6d-7bd0-4ca5-afa8-9305bba30dee\" data-items=\"[&quot;610369099&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b6\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studi terkait <em>Soft Drink<\/em> dan <em>Menarche<\/em> Dini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa semakin banyak seorang anak mengonsumsi minuman ringan maka semakin tinggi pula risikonya untuk mengalami <em>menarche<\/em> dini. Berdasarkan penelitian kohort pada 1988 orang wanita Afrika Amerika dan Kaukasia, 8.3% (165) diantaranya mengalami<br><em>menarche<\/em> dini. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kafein memiliki efek yang negatif pada sistem neurologis dan fisiologis jika dikonsumsi oleh anak-anak. <\/span><\/strong>Beberapa bagian dari otak anak masih dalam tahap perkembangan sehingga anak-anak lebih rentan terhadap efek dari kafein. Kafein memiliki efek terhadap sekresi glukokortikoid melalui modulasi dari <em>hypothalamic-pituitaryadrenocortical<\/em> (HPA) axis yang memiliki peran terhadap waktu pubertal.<span id=\"664670d1-242d-471c-ba24-f8d860573fba\" data-items=\"[&quot;522459054&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kafein akan memicu tindakan antagonis di pusat reseptor adenosin yang mengatur paraventricular nukleus dari hipotalamus, yang kemudian<br>mengontrol sistem HPA dan menyebabkan meningkatnya sintesis dan pelepasan GnRH sehingga terjadi <em>menarche<\/em>.<span id=\"c3cae74c-bee7-42f3-953d-614fa54680a0\" data-items=\"[&quot;2972382456&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b7\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><em>Menarche<\/em> dini juga mungkin disebabkan oleh resistensi insulin yang terjadi karena konsumsi kafein. Konsumsi kafein dapat menurunkan uptake glukosa yang dimediasi insulin<\/span><\/strong>. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan hiperinsulinemia dan gangguan homeostasis glukosa yang berpengaruh terhadap waktu <em>menarche<\/em>.<span id=\"eff17463-89f1-4e6f-8e17-dab508ebb95a\" data-items=\"[&quot;522459054&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain kafein, pemanis yang banyak terdapat dalam minuman ringan juga berpengaruh terhadap waktu <em>menarche<\/em>. Penelitian kohort pada wanita US menyatakan bahwa anak yang mengonsumsi &gt;1,5 kaleng minuman ringan per hari memiliki waktu menarche 2,7 bulan lebih awal dibandingkan dengan yang mengonsumsi minuman ringan \u22642 kaleng per minggu.
