Untuk lebih jelasnya mari kita simak artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/07\/23\/ahli-gizi-talk-001-teknik-konseling-gizi-online\/\"><strong>Simak : Teknik Konseling Gizi Online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa itu  <em>Motivational Interviewing<\/em> ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Motivational Interviewing <\/em>(MI) merupakan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">bentuk intervensi kooperatif yang berpusat pada klien dengan tujuan mengeluarkan dan menguatkan motivasi untuk melakukan perubahan.<\/span><\/strong> MI diatur untuk menimbulkan suasana nyaman, sehingga klien menyadari bahwa dukungan utama untuk berubah adalah dirinya sendiri. Alasan klien untuk berubah tersebut dikenal sebagai <em>change talk<\/em>. Penguatan <em>change talk<\/em> oleh konselor terhadap klien menyebabkan adanya peningkatan komitmen klien untuk berubah.<span id=\"211e8a20-8bc4-4318-b777-151d58a66dc5\" data-items=\"[&quot;1570362909&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <em>Change talk<\/em> dapat dibagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu <em>preparatory change talk<\/em> dan komitmen untuk melakukan aksi konkrit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konsep <em>Motivational Interviewing<\/em> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>adalah mengidentifikasi, memeriksa serta mengatasi ambivalensi dalam melakukan perubahan. Ambivalensi merupakan perasaan ragu-ragu yang secara alamiah muncul apabila seseorang ingin melakukan perubahan. Diperlukan kemampuan konselor untuk menyesuaikan diri dan responsif terhadap ambivalensi serta kesiapan berubah pada klien. Hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mampu membentuk ikatan yang baik antara konselor dan klien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Evokasi<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kemampuan dalam menggali dan membangkitkan motivasi personal klien merupakan prinsip evokasi. <\/span><\/strong>Adanya perubahan perilaku dapat dicapai lebih optimal menggunakan prinsip evokasi, jika dibandingkan dengan mengutamakan kemampuan konselor dalam memberikan nasihat maupun pengetahuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Otonomi<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam prinsip otonomi, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">tanggungjawab serta pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan perubahan perilaku sepeuhnya berada di bawah kendali klien<\/span><\/strong>, bukan konselor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studi dengan Metode <em>Motivational Interviewing<\/em> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The American Heart Association<\/em> merekomendasikan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">metode MI&nbsp; sebagai pendekatan yang efektif sebagai tahap pertama dalam penurunan berat badan. Pemberian MI dengan konseling selama 60 menit dapat menurunkan IMT sebesar 0,72 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup> atau setara dengan 2 kg berat badan jika dibandingkan dengan metode biasa lainnya<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"89d8179f-1fc5-44a0-b2e7-8bb7148ab176\" data-items=\"[&quot;1720613507&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Penelitian tentang efektivitas MI terhadap keberlanjutan perubahan aktivitas fisik oleh Hardcastle dkk terhadap pasien dengan risiko penyakit <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/06\/02\/diet-penyakit-jantung-koroner\/\">kardiovaskuler<\/a> menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan aktivitas berjalan kaki, peningkatan <em>stage of change<\/em>, penurunan <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/05\/17\/tips-pencegahan-tekanan-darah-tinggi-hipertensi\/\">tekanan darah<\/a> diastolik, serta penurunan <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/diet-rendah-kolesterol\/\">kadar kolesterol<\/a>.<span id=\"065a29ff-e494-4e7e-b022-a78de8f9cbc1\" data-items=\"[&quot;1720613507&quot;,&quot;202073776&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5,6\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut penelitian oleh Berg-Smith et al, <em>Motivational Interviewing <\/em>(MI) dapat dilakukan dalam jangka waktu 3 bulan. Setiap sesi berlangsung selama 5 hingga 30 menit dan disesuaikan dengan kesiapan untuk berubah masing-masing individu. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan asupan lemak yang signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Sebanyak 89% subjek mengimplementasikan rencana aksi perubahan.<span id=\"7985b145-c88e-4cfa-84ec-9d66d6338d6d\" data-items=\"[&quot;202073776&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b6\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Selanjutnya, terdapat intervensi BeweegKuur yang melakukan penelitian penguatan aktivitas fisik serta anjuran untuk asupan, termasuk pembinaan gaya hidup melalui metode <em>Motivational Interviewing<\/em>. Intervensi BeweegKuur dibedakan menjadi 3 program yang meliputi 7 sesi pembinaan gaya hidup (2 sesi individu dan 5 sesi kelompok) dengan dietisien. Berdasarkan tiga kombinasi intervensi tersebut, intervensi BeweegKuur telah memenuhi unsur otonomi melalui pembinaan gaya hidup, kompetensi melalui bimbingan kebiasaan aktivitas fisik dan asupan makan serta unsur keterkaitan melalui sesi kelompok.
