Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Daun Kelor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanaman <em>Moringa oleifera<\/em> merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman tropis yang sudah tumbuh dan berkembang di daerah tropis seperti Indonesia. <em>Moringa oleifera<\/em> adalah tanaman silangan yang termasuk dalam famili <em>Moringaceae<\/em> (1). Kelor (<em>Moringa oleifera<\/em>) merupakan tumbuhan yang diakui memiliki banyak kegunaan secara nasional dan internasional. Di Indonesia tanaman kelor ini<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> digunakan untuk pemenuhan pangan, obat-obatan, bahan kosmetik dan ritual adat budaya (2).<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagian tumbuhan kelor yang sering dimanfaatkan di Indonesia adalah bagian daun. Daun kelor biasanya digunakan untuk makanan, obat tradisional, dan bahan ritual adat. Salah satu pemanfaatan daun kelor untuk pengobatan penyakit kuning yaitu dengan meminum ramuan daun kelor yang ditumbuk halus, ditambah air kelapa, disaring, dan ditambahkan madu. Tercatat bahwa<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> daun kelor mengandung vitamin A lebih banyak dari wortel, lebih banyak mengandung kalsium dari susu, lebih banyak zat besi dari bayam, lebih banyak vitamin C dari jeruk dan lebih banyak potassium dari <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/06\/11\/pisang-dapat-mengurangi-kelelahan-otot\/\">pisang<\/a> (2).<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/moringa-gaad476583_1920-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5271\" width=\"679\" height=\"453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/moringa-gaad476583_1920-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/moringa-gaad476583_1920-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/moringa-gaad476583_1920-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/moringa-gaad476583_1920-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/moringa-gaad476583_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manfaat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Moringa oleifera<\/em> (kelor) kaya akan \u03b2 karoten, vitamin C, vitamin E, polifenol dan merupakan sumber antioksidan alami yang baik. Saat ini, <em>Moringa oleifera<\/em> dilaporkan meningkatkan berbagai fungsi biologis termasuk fungsi anti inflamasi, antikanker, hepatoprotektif, dan neuroprotektif. Selain itu, banyak penelitian telah mengungkapkan nilai terapeutiknya termasuk anti diabetes, anti rheumatoid arthritis, anti aterosklerosis, anti infertilitas, penghilang rasa sakit, anti depresi, dan regulasi diuretik dan tiroid (1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Manfaat lain yang dimiliki daun kelor yaitu mampu meningkatkan status gizi pada anak malnutrisi. <\/mark><\/strong>Penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa daun kelor dapat mengatasi masalah <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/08\/31\/buku-saku-pencegahan-dan-tata-laksana-gizi-buruk-pada-balita-terbaru\/\">gizi buruk<\/a> di berbagai negara dengan cara menambahkannya kedalam makanan sehari-hari untuk anak. Saat ini banyak negara-negara tropis yang memanfaatkan daun kelor untuk mengatasi masalah gizi buruk pada anak dan ibu hamil. <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kandungan yang paling diunggulkan pada tanaman ini yaitu protein, vitamin A (\u03b2-karoten), dan zat besinya yang tinggi sehingga bagus untuk dikonsumsi dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizi terutama pada kelompok rawan<\/mark><\/strong> (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanaman kelor telah dikenal selama berabad-abad sebagai tanaman multiguna padat gizi dan berkhasiat. Kelor dikenal sebagai The <em>Miracle Tree<\/em> atau pohon ajaib karena terbukti secara alamiah merupakan sumber gizi berkhasiat yang kandungannya melebihi kandungan tanaman pada umumnya (4). <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kandungan antioksidan dan potasium yang tinggi pada daun kelor<\/mark><\/strong> bermanfaat untuk mengobati kanker. Antioksidan akan bermanfaat dalam menghalangi perkembangan sel-sel kanker sedangkan potasium berfungsi untuk menyingkirkan sel-sel kanker.
