Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asam Laktat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran kadar asam laktat darah merupakan salah satu tes yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kelelahan otot anaerob. Respon asam laktat sebagai akibat dari suatu latihan banyak digunakan oleh para ahli pada dunia olahraga untuk mengetahui kinerja atlet. Hal ini disebabkan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">asam laktat merupakan salah satu faktor utama terjadinya kelelahan otot.<\/span><\/strong> Selama latihan berlangsung kadar asam laktat dalam darah maupun otot akan meningkat. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Akumulasi asam laktat dapat menurunkan pH otot hingga mencapai 6,5<\/span><\/strong>. Penumpukan amonia dalam darah terakumulasi dari determinasi AMP selama pembentukan ATP. Peningkatan amonia darah juga meningkatkan serapan amonia di serebral, ini berpotensi mempengaruhi neurotransmiter otak dan menyebabkan kelelahan sentral.<span id=\"dac2137a-3ede-4b4f-a80a-3335a39c3f04\" data-items=\"[&quot;1692056403&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/06\/11\/pisang-dapat-mengurangi-kelelahan-otot\/\"><strong>Baca : Pisang Dapat Mengurangi Kelelahan Otot?<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sitrulin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Akumulasi asam laktat dapat dikurangi dengan cara mengkonsumsi sitrulin.<\/span><\/strong> Sitrulin merupakan golongan asam amino non esensial yang terlibat dalam siklus urea bersama dengan arginin dan ornitin. Sitrulin merupakan perkursor efektif dalam sintesis arginin, dimana arginin berperan untuk menghasilkan <em>nitric oxide<\/em> (NO) oleh enzim NO synthase. NO menyebabkan vasodilatasi yang meningkatkan aliran darah yang membawa oksigen yang diperlukan untuk metabolisme aerob. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adanya metabolisme aerob mencegah terjadinya matabolisme anaerob yang menyebabkan penumpukan asam laktat. Sitrulin juga berperan sebagai detoxifier zat amonia.<span id=\"adf3da0c-020b-489f-aca0-a193e3d3b571\" data-items=\"[&quot;1555943064&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Sitrulin dapat ditemukan pada beberapa bahan makanan seperti semangka, daging sapi, cokelat hitam, polong-polongan, kacang-kacangan, dan ikan.<\/span><\/strong> Penumpukan amonia terjadi selama latihan karena adanya determinasi Adenosin monophospat (AMP) selama pembentukan ATP. Amonia dapat mengaktifkan fosfofruktokinase dan meningkatkan laju glikolisis anaerobik yang mengakibatkan akumulasi asam laktat darah. Varietas semangka kuning tanpa biji mengandung sitrulin lebih banyak daripada semangka jenis lainnya.<\/span><\/strong> Berdasarkan uji massa gas kromatografispektrofotometri (GC-MS) bahwa per 1 gram daging buah semangka kuning mengandung 3,6 miligram sitrulin. Beberapa penelitian juga menyebutkan kulit bagian putih (albedo) buah semangka juga mengandung sitrulin, 1 gram kulit buah semangka segar mengandung 1,5 miligram sitrulin. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa bioavailabilitas sitrulin dalam jus semangka lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan sitrulin murni.<span id=\"46ea95c4-cdaf-4281-9dcd-348106fc238c\" data-items=\"[&quot;1554703709&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b7\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">konsumsi 500 ml jus buah semangka dapat membantu mengurangi detak jantung dan nyeri otot 24 jam setelah latihan.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"406a5a8f-6b48-4149-b443-dd15cb91e264\" data-items=\"[&quot;2082831561&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b8\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Penelitian pada tikus yang diberikan suplementasi sitrulin 250 mg\/kg berat badan selama 7 hari dapat menekan akumulasi kadar amonia dalam darah dan memperpanjang waktu hingga terjadinya kelelahan.
