Mari kita simak lebih jauh pada artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sarapan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>merupakan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">aktivitas mengonsumsi makanan di pagi hari sebelum kegiatan belajar berlangsung. <\/span><\/strong>Sarapan yang dianjurkan adalah dengan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">menerapkan gizi seimbang dan memenuhi 20%-25% atau \u00b1500 kkal dari kebutuhan energi total dalam seharinya.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"13eb0aa9-669e-45be-87c1-933d8b436f7c\" data-items=\"[&quot;2690298020&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Anak-anak membutuhkan zat gizi yang memadai untuk pertumbuhan, energi dan untuk pemeliharaan fungsi tubuh. Otak mengandalkan pasokan gizi untuk dapat berfungsi dengan baik. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Sarapan merupakan sumber energi untuk otak karena dengan sarapan anak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">T<\/span>anpa sarapan, cadangan energi tubuh cepat habis, sehingga hal ini akan berdampak pada anak selama waktu pembelajaran.<span id=\"b3750187-040a-4e4f-a5f4-60fde29e211a\" data-items=\"[&quot;120485879&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/03\/12\/pentingnya-sarapan-dengan-makanan-yang-berkualitas\/\"><strong>Lebih Lanjut : Pentingnya Sarapan dengan Makanan Berkualitas<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebiasaan anak melewatkan sarapan biasanya disebabkan oleh beberapa aspek, seperti waktu yang terbatas mengingat jarak ke sekolah jauh, terlambat bangun, tidak ada selera untuk sarapan dan kebiasaan orang tua. Selain itu juga dapat dapat memperbaiki kualitas secara keseluruhan dan asupan gizi pada anak. Sebuah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melewatkan sarapan merupakan faktor yang berkontribusi dalam ketidakcukupan asupan. Pola makan yang terbentuk pada awal  kehidupan anak cenderung akan bertahan saat anak menjadi dewasa nantinya.<span id=\"26027fdd-a32c-452b-aa15-6fd1db2404cf\" data-items=\"[&quot;1153691233&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarapan dianggap salah satu makanan sehari-hari yang paling penting, yang memiliki efek positif pada kesehatan, dan telah terbukti menjadi indikator penting dari gaya hidup sehat. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Sarapan dapat mempertahankan aktivitas intelektual terutama kondisi di pagi hari.<\/span><\/strong> Selain terjadi pada anak-anak, remaja juga mempunyai kebiasaan melewatkan sarapan.
