Berbagai makanan dengan mudah dijumpai seperti makanan padat energi dan rendah mikronutrien yang secara langsung berkaitan dengan kejadian obesitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energy-dense, nutrient-poor foods (EDNP)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">adalah makanan yang mengandung tinggi lemak, minyak, dan gula. <\/span><\/strong>Data dari <em>National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey <\/em>(NHANES II) menunjukkan bahwa makanan EDNP tersedia sepertiga dari total asupan energi harian pada kelompok usia dewasa di Amerika.<span id=\"33fe6a9f-4f40-4438-abb1-68a3498707ca\" data-items=\"[&quot;2651211140&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Makanan EDNP banyak diiklankan di televisi sehingga berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan utamanya pola makan di kalangan remaja.<span id=\"c625807e-a2ee-45e0-b9c2-3c442a0bed34\" data-items=\"[&quot;3138064780&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data densitas energi makanan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan <em>cutoffs tertile<\/em> menurut jenis kelamin berdasarkan penelitian Jason, dkk. Klasifikasi <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">untuk laki-laki asupan makanan dinyatakan memiliki densitas energi normal apabila densitas energi 1,53-2,08 kkal\/g, dan dinyatakan tinggi apabila densitas &gt; 2,09 kkal\/g<\/span><\/strong>. Asupan makan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">untuk perempuan dinyatakan memiliki densitas energi normal apabila makanan yang dikonsumsi dalam sehari memiliki densitas energi 1,45 \u2013 1,98 kkal\/ g, dan dinyatakan tinggi apabila densitas &gt; 1,99 kkal\/g<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"fcff70af-26da-46a2-a285-085a991571a2\" data-items=\"[&quot;1077599098&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> EDNP dapat dikategorikan menjadi 5 jenis, yaitu :<span id=\"a40f431c-8906-40f6-a344-4343bfd10a18\" data-items=\"[&quot;2651211140&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Visible Fat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Konsumsi jenis pangan yang digoreng berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan asupan energi dari lemak.<\/span><\/strong> Makanan yang digoreng memiliki rasa gurih, renyah, enak dan tinggi lemak. Hal ini menyebabkan seseorang ingin makan terus menerus, sehingga asupan energinya meningkat dan tingkat kepuasan terhadap makanan rendah.<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> Rendahnya tingkat kepuasan dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan respon insulin dan leptin, hormon yang menstimulasi rasa lapar dan kenyang.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"d9d59df3-be00-4663-9dab-c6c6d87ccf84\" data-items=\"[&quot;1275192178&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/12\/21\/makanan-tinggi-lemak-teman-atau-lawan\/\">Makanan Tinggi Lemak Teman atau Lawan ??<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasil survey pasar di Amerika Serikat menyebutkan bahwa retail\/ swalayan berkembang sangat pesat dengan menjual berbagai macam makanan. Dimana perilaku konsumsi snack asin seperti keripik dan olehan kacang-kacangan kini berhasil menurunkan angka konsumsi susu dan buah sebagai cemilan. Penelitian terbaru menunjukkan bahwa d<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">efisiensi mikronutrien dapat berkontribusi untuk  penumpukan lemak<\/span><\/strong>. Asupan dikatakan cukup untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan apabila setidaknya memenuhi 97-98% dari kebutuhan.
