Benarkah buah pisang berpotensi dapat mengurangi kelelahan otot? Buah ini merupakan tanaman serbaguna karena mulai dari bagian bawah yaitu bonggol hingga jantung pisang dapat dimanfaatkan. Fungsi dari kalium sebagai elektrolit, mengatur keseimbangan pH, kofaktor enzim piruvat kinase, Na+ K+ -ATPase yang berperan dalam pembentukan energi, sintesis glikogen.
