Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kandungan Rokok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rokok menurut Peraturan Pemerintah No. 109 tahun 2012 tentang Pengamanan Bahan yang Mengandung Zat Adiktif berupa Produk Tembakau bagi Kesehatan, adalah <strong>salah satu produk tembakau yang dimaksudkan untuk dibakar dan dihisap dan\/atau dihirup asapnya, termasuk rokok kretek, rokok putih, cerutu atau bentuk lainnya<\/strong>.<span id=\"e79b52b2-6be1-46da-9fa4-769395cd3a76\" data-items=\"[&quot;3373707933&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Jumlah radikal bebas dalam satu hembusan asap rokok dapat mencapai 1017 partikel. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Asap rokok mengandung lebih dari 4000 bahan yaitu nikotin, ammonia, akrolein, fenol, asetaldehida, hidrokarbon aromatik polisiklik, polifenol, karbon monoksida, nitrogen oksida, hidrogen sianida, dan logam.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"95a548e8-335d-4779-ba86-d9bad5a9d2d3\" data-items=\"[&quot;1701874893&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"678\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/your-20225_1920-1024x678.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3632\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/your-20225_1920-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/your-20225_1920-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/your-20225_1920-768x508.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/your-20225_1920-1536x1017.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/your-20225_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara konvensional, asap rokok dibagi menjadi dua fase, yaitu fase gas dan tar. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Fase tar asap rokok mengandung 1017 radikal bebas\/g, dan fase gas mengandung 1015 radikal bebas\/hembusan<\/span><\/strong>. Radikal yang berhubungan dengan fase tar berumur panjang, sedangkan radikal yang berhubungan dengan fase gas berumur lebih pendek. Asap rokok utama terdiri dari 8% komponen tar dan 92% komponen gas. Lingkungan asap rokok dihasilkan dari kombinasi 85% asap arus samping dan 15% asap utama yang dihembuskan dari perokok.<span id=\"eb49a1e7-c0b0-4233-bb9c-a3eb6bb9abd2\" data-items=\"[&quot;2119678523&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Karena rokok dibakar pada suhu tinggi selama inhalasi, pembakaran menjadi lebih lengkap dan beberapa komponen beracun dari asap tembakau dipecah atau disaring sebelum inhalasi. Akibatnya <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">banyak konstituen beracun seperti karbon monoksida dan benzopirena yang ditemukan dalam konsentrasi yang lebih tinggi pada asap arus samping yang terhirup.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"c8c5aef1-03dc-451f-badf-7b5b8a03c653\" data-items=\"[&quot;2069244218&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">sap rokok dapat menurunkan aktivitas dari enzim superoksida dismutase (SOD), katalase (CAT), glutation peroksidase (GPx) dan glutation reduktase (GR) sehingga kesimbangan oksidan dan antioksidanperokok menjadi terganggu.<\/span><\/strong> Keadaan ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah molekul radikal bebas dan antioksidan, dimana radikal bebas jumlahnya lebih besar daripada antioksidan disebut dengan keadaan stres oksidatif.<span id=\"bd829bf5-6b4d-47d8-8bc7-fed992fd3305\" data-items=\"[&quot;359712834&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/12\/09\/pengaruh-rokok-terhadap-nafsu-makan\/\"><strong>Baca Artikel : Pengaruh Rokok Terhadap Nafsu Makan<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rokok dan Tekanan Darah<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kebiasaan merokok menyebabkan terjadinya hipertensi karena rokok mengandung nikotin dan karbon monoksida. <\/span><\/strong>Nikotin yang ada dalam rokok menyebabkan adanya rangsangan terhadap hormone epinefrin (adrenalin) yang memacu peningkatan frekuensi denyut jantung, kebutuhan O<sub>2<\/sub> pada jantung, tekanan darah, serta menyebabkan gangguan irama jantung. Namun, pada saat yang bersamaan hal itu menyebabkan elastisitas arteri berkurang karena berkontraksi terus. Sehingga, jantung memompa lebih banyak tetapi asupan darah yang didapat berkurang. Gas karbon monoksida menyebabkan O<sub>2<\/sub> ke jaringan berkurang sehingga sel kekurangan O<sub>2<\/sub>. Hal ini terjadi karena karbon monoksida terdapat dalam sel darah merah lebih kuat dibanding O<sub>2<\/sub>.
