Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mencegah tekanan darah tinggi. Berikut tips tips untuk kontrol tekanan darah. Tekanan darah adalah tekanan dari darah yang dipompa oleh jantung terhadap dinding arteri. Peningkatan dan penurunan tekanan darah akan mempengaruhi homeostasis di dalam tubuh. Tekanan darah berperan sebagai daya dorong mengalirnya darah di dalam arteri, arteriola, kapiler dan sistem vena, sehingga terbentuklah suatu aliran darah yang menetap. Penelitian menunjukkan latihan aerobik jangka panjang memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan terkait tekanan darah sistolik.<span id=\"d8c0585a-e909-4781-ba52-9af65882d204\" data-items=\"[&quot;904023598&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Aktivitas aerobik, seperti jalan cepat selama 30 menit \/ hari dapat menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik 4-9 mmHg.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"38b663b1-b6f9-46cd-b1f6-998ee9b1daf2\" data-items=\"[&quot;1471074798&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">D<\/span><\/strong> diet sehat dengan kalori seimbang<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Peningkatan asupan lemak dapat meningkatkan viskositas darah yang kemudian menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan darah. Penelitian epidemiologi yang dilakukan menunjukkan masyarakat yang mengonsumsi lemak jenuh tinggi mempunyai tekanan darah yang relatif tinggi. Asupan lemak jenuh yang tinggi akan menyebabkan terjadinya aterosklerosis dan kemudian mengakibatkan peningkatan tekanan darah. Asupan tinggi serat berperan terhadap penurunan tekanan darah. Penelitian telah dilakukan terkait hal ini dan menunjukkan diet tinggi serat akan menurunkan tekanan darah pada subjek orang sehat yang biasanya diikuti pula dengan penurunan berat badan. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Diet kaya buah, sayur &amp; rendah lemak produk susu dengan lemak jenuh &amp; lemak total (DASH Diet ) dapat menurunakan tekanan sistolik 8\u201314 mmHg.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"054e1645-28e5-459c-aabe-8c9579bb2d42\" data-items=\"[&quot;1471074798&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/diet-hipertensi-darah-tinggi-dash-diet\/\"><strong>Baca Artikel : Diet Hipertensi\/DASH Diet<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekskresi natrium urin memiliki keterkaitan yang signifikan dan langsung dengan tekanan darah sistolik. Modifikasi asupan natrium dapat menurutkan kejadian hipertensi sebesar 17%. Pengontrolan tekanan darah dengan membatasi asupan natrium diketahui dapat menurunkan kejadian penyakit kardiovaskular, penyakit ginjal, dan stroke. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Asupan natrium &lt;2,3 g\/hari (6 gram garam) dapat menurunkan tekanan sistolik 2\u20138 mmHg.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"32274cb6-0284-46b2-8615-a62ef16a134a\" data-items=\"[&quot;1471074798&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Kalium memiliki peran terkait penurunan tekanan darah dengan mengurangi pelepasan aldosteron, mengurangi sekresi vasopresin, menurunkan dan menstimulasi aktivitas pompa natrium kalium. Selain itu, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">kalsium berperan sebagai vasodilator dengan meningkatkan elastisitas pembuluh darah dan menstimulasi produksi prostaglandin pada saat kadar serum magnesium dalam darah tinggi. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">I<\/span><\/strong> istirahat yang cukup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan suatu meta-analisis menunjukkan bahwa durasi tidur yang singkat berhubungan dengan risiko hipertensi yang lebih tinggi pada populasi umum, sedangkan meta-analisis lain menunjukkan bahwa durasi tidur yang lama berkaitan dengan risiko hipertensi pada subjek usia di bawah 65 tahun. Sehingga untuk subjek pre-hipertensi periode dewasa muda terutama pada usia 20-45 tahun, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">durasi tidur yang tepat dapat menjadi faktor pelindung yang mngurangi risiko perkembangan hipertensi sebanyak 40% dibandingkan dengan tidur > 8 jam\/hari.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"d95b7dc4-06c0-4b92-8d52-b0386afc971a\" data-items=\"[&quot;394441168&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">K <\/span><\/strong>kendalikan stres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan penelitian <em>case control<\/em> bahwa tingkat stres yang tinggi secara signifikan berkaitan dengan hipertensi dan merupakan faktor risiko independent terjadinya hipertensi.<span id=\"19845023-5905-41d6-b6ee-1ec1b6ad3604\" data-items=\"[&quot;1383124996&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><\/span><span id=\"f06fb953-851d-434d-86d8-88b3af6065a8\" data-items=\"[&quot;1312457637&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><\/span> Demikian juga penelitian <em>kohort<\/em> menunjukkan bahwa <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">stress yang berlangsung lama berkaitan dengan peningkatan risiko terjadinya hipertensi.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"1c092a5a-0284-46c4-ae7e-f83bb7fcbe4f\" data-items=\"[&quot;1312457637&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara hipertensi dan stres. Kehidupan di kota dianggap sebagai faktor yang terlibat pada perkembangan hipertensi.
