Penelitian pada Tahun 2011 diketahui <strong>6,3%<\/strong> responden pada usia 20- 25 tahun menderita osteoporosis dan <strong>51,5 %<\/strong> menderita osteopenia disebabkan <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">kurangnya asupan kalsium<\/span>.<span id=\"fdde60af-8b42-4de8-b4c1-f1ef23e95338\" data-items=\"[&quot;149416733&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\" contenteditable=\"false\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Sedangkan di Semarang, pada Tahun 2012 prevalensi osteopenia pada wanita dewasa awal usia 18 &#8211; 24 tahun sebesar 39,5% yang disebabkan rendahnya asupan kalsium dan kurangnya aktifitas fisik. <span id=\"c31350a3-73aa-42cd-b1d9-e33ba2ab2a8a\" data-items=\"[&quot;137923937&quot;]\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaya hidup yang terjadi pada masa dewasa awal usia 18-24 tahun seperti <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">kebiasaan merokok, minum-minuman beralkohol, minum-minuman bersoda, minum kopi, tidak berolah raga, tidak minum susu, sedentary life style, konsumsi makanan cepat saji yang umumnya tinggi protein<\/span><sup>6<\/sup><span id=\"cba3e41d-4de4-4fc1-bd9b-9ab210570d14\" data-items=\"[&quot;2740870993&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\" contenteditable=\"false\"><sup>\u200b6\u200b<\/sup><\/span> ,dan <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">asupan kalsium kurang<\/span><sup> <\/sup><span id=\"d15c2d71-58fc-497d-9611-01098c65254e\" data-items=\"[&quot;4095504315&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\" contenteditable=\"false\"><sup>\u200b7\u200b<\/sup><\/span><sup>  <\/sup><strong>dapat meningkatkan risiko osteoporosis<\/strong> pada masa ini.<span id=\"453f6afc-e379-4372-977e-ecca0ea54c0d\" data-items=\"[&quot;595914283&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\" contenteditable=\"false\"><sup>\u200b8\u200b<\/sup><\/span><sup> <\/sup>Penelitian pada remaja SMA menunjukkan sebesar 76,2% remaja dalam kategori kurang mengkonsumsi kalsium. Hal tersebut untuk mendapatkan cukup vitamin, mineral dan energi yang dibutuhkan untuk menjaga kesehatan dan mengurangi resiko penyakit kronis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika\nanda didiagnosis menderita osteoporosis, atau beresiko mengalami kondisi\ntersebut, melakukan perencanaan diet dapat membantu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan\nkalsium dan vitamin D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kalsium<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mineral ini penting untuk\nmembangun tulang dan gigi yang kuat. Tubuh kita mengandung sekitar 1 kg kalsium\ndan 99%&nbsp; banyak ditemukan pada tulang\nkita. Berdasarkan AKG 2013 kebutuhan kalsium pada orang dewasa 1000-1100 mg\/\nsehari , dan kebutuhan tambahan lain pada ibu hamil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut beberapa makanan yang memilki kandungan kalsium untuk membantu penatalksanaan diet osteoporosis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Susu, yoghurt, keju <\/li><li>Sayuran hijau seperti kol, brokoli, kangkung, okra juga bayam<\/li><li>Fortifikasi jus jeruk<\/li><li>Biji bijian<\/li><li>Buah ara dan apricot kering<\/li><li>Tahu dengan fortifikasi kalsium<\/li><li>Minuman soya dengan tambahan kalsium <\/li><li>Kacang kedelai<\/li><li>Kacang-kacangan<\/li><li>Produk roti yang terbuat dari tepung fortifikasi kalsium<\/li><li>Ikan dengan tulang kecil yang bisa dimakan, seperti sarden.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamin D<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin ini penting\nkarena membantu penyerapan kalsium. Sebagian besar vitamin D dibuat oleh tubuh\nkit ketika kulit kita terpapar sinar matahari. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa vitamin D dapat ditemukan dalam makanan tertentu, seperti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Telur (baca juga : <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/02\/16\/konsumsi-telur-bikin-kolesterol-darah-meningkat\/\">https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/02\/16\/konsumsi-telur-bikin-kolesterol-darah-meningkat\/<\/a> )<\/li><li>Ikan sarden , ikan salmon<\/li><li>Susu bubuk<\/li><li>Sereal <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Penatalaksanaan diet osteoporosis juga dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kebutuhan vitamin D yang cukup, namun beberapa kasus suplemen vitamin D juga masih dibutuhkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Makanan yang dibatasi pada penderita osteoporosis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain\nmengkonsumsi makanan gizi seimbang untuk kesehatan tulang. Yang perlu\ndiperhatikan juga beberapa makanan yang harus dibatasi, terutama beresiko\nterkena osteoporosis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Garam<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengkonsumsi terlalu banyak garam dapat menyebabkan kekurangan kalsium, yang dapat melemahkan tulang seiring waktu. Konsumsi tinggi garam juga beresiko menyebabkan tekanan darah meningkat, penyakit jantung bahkan diabetes. Penelitian menyebutkan bahwa <strong>saran konsumsi garam 6 gr dalam perhari<\/strong>. Dan hal yang perlu dilakukan :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Selalu periksa label\nmakanan dengan melihat kandungan garam untuk memantau asupan anda.<\/li><li>Gunakan bumbu-bumbu dan\nrempah-rempahan pada makanan untuk menekan penggunaan garam.<\/li><li>Hindari makanan yang\nmengandung banyak garam sperti makanan olahan, makanan yang dipanggang \/\nkalengan.<\/li><li>Minuman berkarbonasi<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak minuman ringan\nyang mengandung asam fosfat. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan peningkatan ekskresi\nkalsium pada saat buang air kecil, dan sangat beresiko jika asupan kalsium sudah\nrendah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Batasi minuman berkarbonasi, dengan mengganti jus sari buah atau lainnya.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kafein<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meskipun tidak berbahaya seperti garam, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">kafein memiliki efek merusak pada kepadatan tulang.<\/span><\/strong> Batasi asupan k<strong>afein sampai 300 mg sehari<\/strong> , sampai asupan kalsium anda tercukupi.
