Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polycystic Ovary Syndrom (PCOS)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Polycystic Ovary Syndrom atau yang lebih dikenal dengan PCOS adalah sebuah kelainan pada sistem endokrin dan seringkali ditandai dengan gejala klinis seperti menstruasi tidak teratur baik oligomenorrhea (menstruasi lebih dari sekali dalam sebulan) atau amenorrhea (tidak menstruasi), hiperandrogenisme, dan infertilitas. Kondisi berjerawat yang sangat parah juga dapat dijadikan sebagai biomarker terjadinya PCOS. Faktor-faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan seseorang terkena PCOS ini antara lain penyakit diabetes (baik Diabetes Melitus tipe 1 maupun Diabetes Melitus tipe 2). Kondisi <em>gestational diabetes<\/em> pun dapat menjadi faktor risiko kejadian PCOS. Selain itu, penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kegemukan dapat meningkatkan risiko terkenanya PCOS<span id=\"57936a4a-19d8-4b82-8f53-3caa860d1df4\" data-items=\"[&quot;3309191864&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk dapat menghalau dampak negatif PCOS, perlu dilakukan adanya penanganan yang tepat. Penurunan berat badan misalnya telah terbukti dapat menurunkan dampak negatif PCOS karena dapat melancarkan siklus hormon androgen dalam tubuh. Beberapa studi menunjukkan adanya perbaikan pada tingkat kesuburan (ovulasi dan kehamilan) setelah penurunan berat badan sebesar 5-10%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/04\/24\/menurunkan-berat-badan-secara-alami\/\"><strong>Baca Artikel : Cara Menurunkan Berat Badan Secara Alami Menurut Ahli Gizi<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain diet penurunan berat badan, diet rendah karbohidrat juga terbukti dapat memperbaiki dampak PCOS. Pemilihan makanan yang tepat untuk penderita PCOS yaitu dengan meningkatkan asupan lemak baik (<em>Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acid<\/em> \/ MUFA dan <em>Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acid<\/em> \/ PUFA) yang biasanya terkandung di dalam kacang-kacangan serta buah-buahan yang kaya akan antioksidan untuk meningkatkan fertilitas pasien PCOS.
