Namun efektifkah diet tersebut? Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Fad Diet<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Perlu disadari bahwa <em>fad diet<\/em> tidak menawarkan keamanan dan efektivitas jangka panjang pada perencanaan <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/04\/24\/menurunkan-berat-badan-secara-alami\/\"><strong>penurunan berat badan<\/strong><\/a>. <em>Fad diet<\/em>  terus diklaim secara berlebihan karena tidak ada yang membutuhkan pembuktian dari apa yang diklaimkan diet tersebut. Penemu <em>fad diet<\/em> tidak harus melakukan penelitian yang kredibel tentang manfaat atau bahaya dietnya. Mereka dapat dengan mudah membuat rekomendasi dan kemudian, jika ditanya, mencari potongan-potongan penelitian yang mendukung kesimpulan yang telah dicapai. Beberapa membatasi lemak atau karbohidrat, beberapa membatasi ukuran porsi, beberapa fokus pada kombinasi makanan, dan beberapa mengklaim bahwa tipe genetik atau golongan darah seseorang menentukan makanan yang paling cocok untuk mengatur berat badan dan mencegah penyakit.
