Beragam khasiat jahe untuk kesehatan terutama profil lipid darah. Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kandungan Jahe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>termasuk dalam suku temu-temuan (<em>zingiberaceae<\/em>), satu keluarga dengan temu-temuan lainnya seperti kunyit, kencur, dan temu hitam. Jahemerupakan salah satu makanan fungsional yang banyak ditambahkan pada berbagai macam makanan. Mengandung senyawa volatile (minyak yang mudah menguap), senyawa non-volatile (minyak yang tidak mudah menguap), dan pati. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Komponen volatile terdiri dari oleoresin (4,0-7,5%), yang berperan terhadap aroma jahe (minyak atsiri) dengan komponen terbanyak adalah <em>zingiberen <\/em>dan <em>zingiberol. <\/em><\/span><\/strong>Komponen&nbsp;nonvolatil pada jahe berperan dalam &nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">rasa pedas, diantaranya adalah gingerol<\/span><\/strong> yang termasuk ke dalam salah satu kandungan fenol. Kandungan total fenol jahe merah lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jahe emprit dan jahe putih. Selain itu juga ada <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">oleoresin, yang memberikan rasa pedas dan pahit.<\/span><\/strong> Beberapa contoh komponen ini adalah zingerol, shogaol, dan resin.<span id=\"7d1e9d16-d871-400d-aa90-cc521543675d\" data-items=\"[&quot;1509778246&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komponen bioaktif yang paling banyak terdapat dalam jahe yaitu<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <strong>gingerol dan shogaol yang merupakan senyawa flavonoid yang mempunyai efek antioksidan dapat mencegah adanya radikal bebas dalam tubuh.<\/strong><\/span><strong> <\/strong>Kandungan 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 10-gingerol dan 6-shogaol pada jahe merah lebih tinggi dibandingkan jahe gajah yaitu sebesar 18,03; 4,09; 4,61; dan 1;36 mg\/g. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kandungan gingerol pada jahe memiliki efek hipokolesterolemia, antiaterogenik dan penekan aktivitas enzim HMG-KoA reductase sehingga dapat mengurangi biosintesis kolesterol total.<span id=\"20d9082e-63e1-441e-a8fc-bb771af1d4b1\" data-items=\"[&quot;4130316340&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"20d9082e-63e1-441e-a8fc-bb771af1d4b1\" data-items=\"[&quot;4130316340&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lebih Lanjut : <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2021\/02\/24\/zat-gizi-antioksidan-free-radical-scavengers\/\">Zat Gizi Antioksidan <em>Free Radical Scavengers<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manfaat Jahe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zingiber officinale var. Rubrum<\/em> atau jahe merah memiliki kandungan fenol (95,34 mg\/100 g) dan flavonoid (53,67 mg\/100 g) lebih tinggi dibandingkan jahe putih. Senyawa fenol yaitu gingerol dan shogaol sebagai antioksidan berperan langsung pada makrofag untuk meningkatkan aktivitas 7\u03b1-hidroksilase untuk mengubah trigliserida menjadi asam empedu dan diekskresikan dari dalam tubuh.<span id=\"3ba5e6fc-74f8-4ff9-968e-e234cd4f3709\" data-items=\"[&quot;2201735392&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Pemberian jahe segar sebanyak 500 mg\/kg setiap hari selama 7 minggu pada tikus dengan hiperglikemia terbukti dapat menurunkan kadar trigliserida.<span id=\"400dd898-0ae9-4ec7-8dba-b13db67ee98d\" data-items=\"[&quot;3973514004&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu khasiat jahe yaitu berpotensi dalam penurunan kadar lipid darah yaitu kolesterol total. Adanya antioksidan pada jahe dapat menghambat dan menetralkan radikal bebas yang menjadi penyebab peroksidase lipid. Peroksidase lipid menjadi faktor resiko penyebab terjadinya stress oksidatif dan disfungsi endotel. Gingerol dan shogaol yang terkandung pada jahe dapat menghambat pengeluaran superoksida yang dikatalis oleh xantin oksidase. Senyawa 6-shogaol menjadi senyawa yang terkuat dalam menghambat superoksidase. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Berbagai kandungan dalam jahe tersebut memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang tinggi sehingga dapat menurunkan proses inflamasi.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"f372066f-0842-45f6-bb4d-a33921ec0d3f\" data-items=\"[&quot;4194077379&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jahe memiliki kemampuan untuk mengurangi resiko atherosklerosis dengan menghambat prostaglandin, menangkap radikal bebas, dan meningkatkan fibrinolisis.
