Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Ultra-Processed Food<\/em><\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>adalah makanan yang diproses secara ultra atau yang sangat diproses. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Makanan ditambahkan bahan tambahan makanan seperti <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/11\/09\/makanan-fermentasi-khas-indonesia-2\/\">garam<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/11\/09\/makanan-fermentasi-khas-indonesia-2\/\">gula<\/a>, bahan pengawet atau pewarna dalam skala yang besar<\/span><\/strong>. Terbuat dari zat yang diekstrak dari makanan, seperti lemak, pati, tambahan gula, dan lemak terhidrogenasi. Mereka mungkin juga mengandung aditif seperti pewarna dan perasa buatan atau penstabil. Contoh makanan ini adalah makanan beku, minuman ringan, <em>hot dog<\/em> dan daging beku, makanan cepat saji, biskuit kemasan, kue, dan camilan asin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut sebuah penelitian yang diterbitkan di The BMJ, <em>Ultra-processed foods<\/em> adalah sumber makanan utama (hampir 58%) yang dimakan di Amerika Serikat dan menyumbang hampir 90% energi yang didapatkan dari gula<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">.<em> Ultra-processed foods<\/em> terdefinisikan sebagai makanan dengan serangkaian hasil pengolahan yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan formulasi yang kebanyakan dari sumber yang murah energi, zat gizi, dan aditif pilihan, sehingga mengandung sedikit makanan utuh<\/span><span id=\"862c7e6b-57a9-4ff1-9c85-ba0ff4080c09\" data-items=\"[&quot;371356831&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"862c7e6b-57a9-4ff1-9c85-ba0ff4080c09\" data-items=\"[&quot;371356831&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">. <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proses dan bahan yang digunakan untuk pembuatan makanan ultra-olahan dirancang untuk menghasilkan yang tinggi produk yang menguntungkan (bahan berbiaya rendah, masa simpan yang lama, pencitraan merek yang tegas), produk yang nyaman (siap dikonsumsi) yang sangat disukai menggantikan hidangan yang baru disiapkan dan makanan yang dibuat dari semua kelompok makanan NOVA lainnya<span id=\"bc02103f-424e-42f8-986a-3eae687c7753\" data-items=\"[&quot;1002435705&quot;]\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klasifikasi Makanan Menurut\u00a0 NOVA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistem klasifikasi telah menjadi salah satu yang paling sering diterapkan dalam penelitian ilmiah, namun mungkin tidak cukup mengidentifikasi makanan dengan kualitas gizi tinggi yang biasa dikonsumsi masyarakat, berikut adalah klasifikasi menurut NOVA :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Makanan yang belum diproses atau minim proses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mencakup bahan makanan murni dari alam yang dapat dimakan langsung. Diproses secara minimal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Makanan yang diproses minimal yaitu membuang bagian makanan yang tidak diinginkan, pengeringan, pembubukan, pemerasan, penghancuran, penggilingan,fraksinasi, mengukus, merebus, memanggang, pasteurisasi, pendinginan, pembekuan, penempatan wadah, kemasan vakum, non-alkohol fermentasi, dan metode lain yang tidak menambah garam, gula, minyak atau lemak atau bahan makanan lainnya. Tujuan dari proses tersebut yaitu untuk memperpanjang umur simpan produk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contohnya yaitu :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Buah segar yang diperas, didinginkan, dibekukan, atau dikeringkan.<\/li><li>Jus buah atau sayuran segar atau dipasteurisasi (tanpa tambahan gula, pemanis atau perasa)\\<\/li><li>Pembuatan minyak dari biji (Minyak zaitun tanpa tambahan garam atau gula)<\/li><li>Herbal dan rempah-rempah yang digunakan dalam olahan kuliner, seperti thyme , oregano, mint, merica, cengkeh dan kayu manis dalam utuh atau bubuk baik segar atau kering<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lebih Lanjut : <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/11\/06\/makanan-fermentasi-khas-indonesia-1\/\">Makanan Fermentasi Khas Indonesia (1)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Makanan yang diproses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Produk makanan yang dibuat dengan menambahkan garam, minyak, gula atau lainnya. produk makanan ini menggunakan metode pengawetan seperti pengalengan dan pembotolan, dan, untuk roti dan keju, menggunakan fermentasi non-alkohol.
