Kanker merupakan masalah kesehatan yang melanda negara-negara di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Bagaimana pencegahan kanker? Mari kita simak bersama =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kanker<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">merupakan akibat dari pertumbuhan sel yang tidak teratur dan terkontrol disebabkan oleh interaksi pola makan, genetik, dan lingkungan faktor risiko. Terdapat lebih dari 100 variasi kanker. Kanker memiliki komponen genetik yang kuat, terkait dengan inisiasi, promosi, dan pertumbuhan metastasis. <span id=\"1818b216-6a59-4172-a33b-9c6bd0a776fc\" data-items=\"[&quot;472876885&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Karsinogen alami termasuk radiasi ultraviolet (UV), pewarna, zat kimia lingkungan dari asap atau tambang, virus, nitrosamin, aflatoksin, dan safrole. Karsinogen yang paling konsisten adalah tembakau. Sekitar 30% kanker juga memiliki gizi atau komponen makanan. <span id=\"a3b5ebe8-0d45-49cc-9a4a-9a399cc03fb9\" data-items=\"[&quot;2623654134&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Komponen makanan fungsional sangat berpengaruh pada kejadian dan pengobatan kanker. Selain itu, asupan makanan, penuaan, dan fungsi imun berhubungan kompleks; selenium, EPA, DHA, vitamin A, dan natrium tampaknya menjadi sangat penting.<span id=\"893c6d39-401c-414c-af77-190de7f61f99\" data-items=\"[&quot;656951006&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tw-target-text\">Faktor Risiko Kanker <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan risiko kanker antara lain :<span id=\"3054a867-e77e-4b87-bffc-800a802ba630\" data-items=\"[&quot;472876885&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/12\/09\/pengaruh-rokok-terhadap-nafsu-makan\/\">Merokok <\/a>dan tembakau : leukimia, kanker serviks, paru, mulut, esofagus, pankreas, lambung<\/li><li>Infeksi : <em>Human papillomavirus<\/em> (HPV) meningkatkan risiko kanker serviks, penis, vagina, anus, orofaring. Virus hepatitis B dan C meningkatkan risiko kanker hati. <em>Helicobacter pylori<\/em> meningkatkan risiko kanker lambung. <\/li><li>Radiasi : radiasi sinar UV menjadi penyebab utama kanker kulit nonmelanoma. Radiasi dari X-rays menyebabkan leukimia, kanker tiroid, mammae.<\/li><li>Alkohol : kanker mulut, esofagus, mammae, kolorektal, hati<\/li><li>Diet : makanan dapat mencegah dan juga meningkatkan risiko kanker. Konsumsi makanan tinggi lemak, protein, dan kalori meningkatkan risiko kanker kolorektal. Sayur dan buah dapat mencegah terjadinya kanker mulut, esofagus, dan lambung.<\/li><li>Aktivitas fisik : kanker kolorektal, mammae, endometrial<\/li><li>Obesitas : kanker mammae,kolorektal, ginjal, pankreas, kantong empedu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pencegahan Kanker <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kanker.&nbsp; Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bila diet &nbsp;dengan berbagai variasi sayur, buah, serealia, kacang-kacangan, dan rendah asupan daging merah terutama yg diawetkan dapat melawan kanker. Konsumsi sayur dan buah yg tinggi akan vitamin dan mineral serta  fitokimia mampu membantu menjaga tubuh dari serangan kanker dan penyakit lainnya. Fitokimia berpotensi untuk menstimulasi sistem imun, memperlambat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sel kanker, mencegah kerusakan DNA akibat kanker.<span id=\"e9f887f3-5ddd-4d43-afbc-aa8f9ea12d01\" data-items=\"[&quot;472876885&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut cara pencegahan kanker : <span id=\"72ee6cfc-a96f-4d21-8610-a00fb5c389b3\" data-items=\"[&quot;3940135526&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jangan merokok, berhentilah merokok, dan hindari asap rokok<\/li><li>Gunakan alat pelindung diri di tempat kerja yang banyak paparan bahan kimia berbahaya<\/li><li>Lakukan pemeriksaan secara rutin, terutama bila Anda memiliki riwayat merokok atau bekerja di lingkungan yang tinggi paparan bahan kimia<\/li><li>Olahraga secara teratur selama 30 menit tiap harinya<\/li><li>Jaga berat badan ideal dengan indeks massa tubuh 18,5-25,0 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup><\/li><li>Konsumsi makanan sehat : kurangi konsumsi daging merah dan daging olahan; perbanyak konsumsi buah dan sayur (sayur 3-4 porsi, buah 2-3 porsi) 3) batasi gula (4 sdm), garam (1 sdt), minyak (5 sdm); hindari alkohol, makanan padat gizi dan minuman manis, serta suplemen vitamin dalam dosis besar.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel : <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/serat-dietary-fiber\/\">Serat (<em>Dietary Fiber<\/em>)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Makanan untuk Mencegah Kanker<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa makanan untuk membantu mencegah kanker yaitu : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kopi dan teh<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kopi mengandung berbagai macam antioksidan dan komponen fenol yang terbukti memiliki aktivitas antikanker. Teh juga merupakan sumber fenol dan antioksidan yang baik. Polifenol dapat menetralkan radikal bebas untuk membantu memblokir kerusakan DNA. <em>Superoxide anion radical<\/em>  (SOR) memiliki aktivitas <em>scavenger<\/em>; melawan oksidasi LDL dan melindungi penglihatan. Mempromosikan buah-buahan, sayuran, dan biji-bijian adalah pesan kunci. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Pilih makanan yang &#8220;lebih baik untukmu&#8221;, dan buatlah sayuran fokus utama piring. Kurangi konsumsi daging<\/span><\/strong> merah. Tingkatkan diet dengan kacang-kacangan dan biji-bijian (serat tidak larut untuk meningkatkan massa feses dan mendorong cairan empedu keluar; serat terlarut untuk efek penurun kolesterol). Pilih sayur \/buah-buahan berwarna hijau tua, kuning, dan oranye; anggur merah; jeruk; tomat; bawang putih; brokoli; wortel; buncis; pisang; pepaya, dll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Seafood, kacang-kacangan, minyak zaitun<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>merupakan sumber MUFA dan PUFA. Sebagai sumber antioksidan, mengurangi peradangan, menurunkan pertumbuhan tumor dan cachexia pada kanker. Minyak zaitun murni dapat mengurangi karsinogenesis kolorektal.
