Apa itu somatotipe dan manfaatnya? Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definisi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><em>Somatotype <\/em>adalah keadaan morfologi tubuh manusia yang dapat berubah akibat adanya aktivitas fisik dan asupan zat gizi.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"bea76de1-f62b-4178-91ac-8844517c747d\" data-items=\"[&quot;2776198151&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Studi tipe badan (biotipe) dengan pengukuran <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">(tingi badan, berat badan, tebal lipatan kulit triceps, subskapula, suprailiaka, betis, dan lingkar lengan, serta lebar humerus dan femur)<\/span><\/strong>; kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus-rumus untuk endomorfi, mesomorfi, dan ektomorfi.<span id=\"a518fcd7-ced5-4f13-b81d-27e894225bed\" data-items=\"[&quot;2870895918&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut Shipman (1993) somatotipe tidak begitu bermanfaat karena bila pola makan berubah, dengan cepat mengubah somatotipe. <span id=\"07a76238-a3e1-4208-9f83-72e73ee1d319\" data-items=\"[&quot;105936178&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span>Somatotipe pertama kali dikembangkan oleh William H. Sheldon dan ia menyimpulkan bahwa bentuk tubuh berhubungan erat dengan kepribadian seseorang, meskipun kemudian ditolak oleh Keys dan Brozek. Keys dan Brozek melakukan eksperimen partial starvation dengan volunteer yang diukur menggunakan metode somatotipe Sheldon sebelum dan sesudah makan sangat sedikit sampai kelaparan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa somatotype rating\/penilaian somatotipe tiap komponen berubah total hanya dalam 6 bulan sesudah makan sangat sedikit. <span id=\"ca1ac2fa-ca3c-4b71-b073-d3c343163399\" data-items=\"[&quot;2305390320&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Somatotipe Heath-Carter cukup kompleks karena perhitungannya harus memakai koreksi ukuran lingkar ekstremitas dari tebal lipatan kulit dan rumus WHR (rasio tinggi dan berat badan memakai akar pangkat 3).<span id=\"dd6b1018-980d-4265-8072-1cbcbde4ff71\" data-items=\"[&quot;2870895918&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipe <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Terdapat 3 pokok&nbsp; Dilakukan dalam keadaan berdiri tanpa berpegangan dengan benda lain, pandangan lurus ke depan dan tangan lurus ke bawah, dilakukan sebelum makan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tinggi Badan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>adalah ukuran posisi tubuh yang diambil dalam keadaan berdiri tegak tanpa alas kaki dengan kaki menempel pada lantai, posisi kepala dan leher tegak, pandangan lurus ke depan, dada dibusungkan, perut rata, tumit, pantat, dan punggung menempel di dinding, serta menahan nafas untuk beberapa saat. Tinggi badan diukur dengan menggunakan <em>stadiometer <\/em>atau <em>microtoice<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tebal Lemak Bawah Kulit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran lemak bawah kulit dapat dilakukan dengan <em>skinfold caliper<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><em>Triceps<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran lemak bawah kulit di bagian tengah dari tulang <em>acromion<\/em> dan <em>olecranon<\/em> sebelah bawah dan diambil secara <em>vertical<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Subscapular<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran lemak bawah kulit dibagian sudut inferior <em>scapular<\/em> ke arah bawah dengan sudut kemiringan 45 derajat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Supraspinal<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran lemak bawah kulit dibagian atas dari tulang panggul yang diambil secara <em>horizontal<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Betis<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran lemak bawah kulit pada bagian paling menonjol dari betis salah satu kaki dengan pengambilan secara <em>vertical.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lebar Tulang<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>yaitu pengukuran diameter tulang yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan <em>sliding caliper<\/em>. Diameter tulang yang perlu diukur adalah tulang <em>humerus <\/em>dan <em>&nbsp;femur.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lingkar Tubuh<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran lingkar tubuh yang dibutuhkan adalah lingkar lengan atas dan lingkar betis yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan <em>metlin<\/em>e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rumus Perhitungan Antropometri dalam Penetapan Somatotipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah komponen <em>somatotype<\/em> diukur, maka hasil pengukuran akan dimasukkan kedalam rumus untuk menentukan nilai dari masing-masing tipe <em>somatotype<\/em> (<em>endomorph, mesomorph,<\/em> dan <em>ectomorph<\/em>) :<span id=\"2fb7c609-9bee-43c3-b8c6-6d2fd0de0923\" data-items=\"[&quot;2776198151&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li><em>Endomorph<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>dihitung dengan menilai hubungan komponen yang diukur menggunakan total pengukuran tiga lipatan kulit, relatif terhadap tinggi badan subjek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Rumus : [-0,7182 + 0,1451 (X) &#8211; 0,00068 (X<sup>2<\/sup>) + 0,0000014 (X<sup>3<\/sup>)] x 170,18 \/ tinggi badan (cm)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan X adalah jumlah tiga tebal lipatan kulit (triceps, subskapular, dan supraspinale)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <em>Mesomorph<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>diperkirakan dari deviasi dua pengukuran lingkaran dan dua pengukuran lebar dari skor yang diharapkan, relatif terhadap tinggi badan subjek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">{(0,858 x lebar humerus dalam cm) + (0,601 x lebar femur dalam cm) + (0,188 x [lingkar lengan atas cm- (tebal lipatan kulit triceps mm\/10)] + (0,161 x [lingkar betis cm &#8211; (tebal lipatan kulit betis mm\/10] &#8211; (0,131 x tinggi badan cm) + 4,5}<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <em>Ectomorph<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>dari hubungan antara nilai komponen dan resiprokal indeks ponderal, atau akar tiga dari rasio berat dan tinggi badan subjek (HWR). Tiga pengukuran inilah yang menghasilkan skor yang kemudian diplot ke dalam somatochart, dan ditentukan termasuk klasifikasi tipe badan apakah sentral, ektomorfi endomorfi, ataukah yang lain (ada 13 kategori yang kemudian disederhanakan menjadi 7 kategori).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> bila HWR &gt; 40,75 &#8211;&gt; EC = (0,732 x HWR) &#8211; 28,58 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nilai HWR 38,25 s.d. 40,75  &#8211;&gt; EC = (0,463 HWR) &#8211; 17,63<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HWR = 38,25 &#8211;&gt; EC = 0,1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HWR= <em>height weight ratio<\/em>, dihitung menggunakan rumus tinggi badan \/ akar pangkat tiga berat badan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rumus untuk memplot somatotipe ke dalam somatochart<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lokasi somatotipe dalam <em>somatochart <\/em>dihitung menggunakan rumus sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">X = ektomorf &#8211; endomorf<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Y = 2 x mesomorf &#8211; (endomorf + ektomorf)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"411\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-1.png 756w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-1-300x163.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 756px) 100vw, 756px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kategori Somatotipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Klasifikasi 13 somatotipe dapat disederhanakan menjadi 7 kelompok ( Duquet &amp; Carter, 2009)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tipe sentral : tidak ada komponen berbeda lebih dari 1 unit dari 2 tipe lainnya<\/li><li>Endomorf : endomorfi dominan, mesomorfi dan ektomorfi lebih dari setengah unit lebih rendah<\/li><li>Endomorfi-mesomorf : endomorf dan mesomorf sama (atau tidak berbeda lebih dari setengah unit), dan ektomorfi lebih kecil<\/li><li>Mesomorf : mesomorfi dominan, endomorfi dan ektomorfi lebih dari setengah unit lebih rendah<\/li><li>Mesomorfi-ektomorf : mesomorfi dan ektomorfi sama (atau tidak berbeda lebih dari setengah unit), dan endomorfi lebih rendah<\/li><li>Ektomorf : ektomorfi dominan, endomorfi dan mesomorfi lebih dari setengah unit lebih rendah<\/li><li>Ektomorfi-endomorf : endomorfi dan ektomorfi sama (atau tidak berbeda lebih dari setengah unit) dan mesomorf lebih rendah <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Latar belakang teoritis somatotipe yang menilai komponen fisik badan manusia dengan 3 kategori endomorfi, mesomorfi, dan ektomorfi berdasar 3 lapisan embriologis.
