Bakteri tersebut dapat menimbulkan gangguan pada saluran nafas. Oleh karena itu butuh pengaturan makan dan zat gizi yang sesuai pada pasien tuberkulosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definisi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>adalah penyakit bakteri yang menyebar dari satu orang ke orang lain terutama melalui penularan melalui udara. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Penyebabnya adalah <em>Mycobacterium tuberculosis<\/em>. Tuberkulosis dapat menyerang organ mana pun di tubuh, organ yang paling sering terkena yaitu paru<\/span><\/strong>. Oleh karena itu, hanya tuberkulosis paru yang menular.<span id=\"e9f310a4-bc0d-4754-8d37-46cde03f82c1\" data-items=\"[&quot;1359599719&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Bakteri\/kuman TBC ditularkan melalui udara dari batuk, bersin, atau percikan dahak yang dikeluarkan saat berbicara dan terhirup oleh orang yang berada di dalam ruang yang sama dengan ventilasi yang buruk dalam waktu yang lama<\/span><\/strong>. Seseorang dapat terinfeksi tuberkulosis jika kontak erat dengan pasien TB waktu yang lama dan memiliki imunitas\/daya tahan tubuh yang lemah.  <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">TBC tidak akan menular atau berpindah melalui kontak fisik ketika Anda<\/span><\/strong> :<span id=\"b85472b0-a9ac-4ad0-96b5-baefdf064fed\" data-items=\"[&quot;3598110363&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bersalaman atau berpegangan tangan dengan penderita.<\/li><li>Berbagi makanan atau minuman.<\/li><li>Menggunakan toilet yang sama dengan orang yang sakit TBC.<\/li><li>Memakai alat makan, alat tidur, dan sikat gigi yang sama dengan pengidap TBC.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tanda dan Gejala TB<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Ketika pasien TB batuk, batuknya mengandung basil tuberkulosis. Partikel kecil menembus jauh ke dalam paru-paru. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Masing-masing tetesan kecil ini dapat membawa 1 hingga 5 basil, yang cukup untuk menimbulkan infeksi<\/span>.<\/strong> Ini adalah alasan mengapa kasus TB aktif harus diisolasi sampai menjadi tidak menular. Sekitar 5% kasus infeksi berkembang dan menjadi tuberkulosis aktif. Dalam 95% kasus ketika inang memiliki respons imun yang dimediasi sel yang efektif, infeksi sudah terkendali. Saat penderita TB aktif, jika tidak diobati, pasien bisa meninggal akibat progresivitas dan komplikasi penyakit.<span id=\"305b0120-ae33-496f-9a2f-7405e6ccfa24\" data-items=\"[&quot;1994938181&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Berikut tanda dan gejala tuberkulosis antara lain : <\/span><\/strong><span id=\"30eea044-ea73-4c39-9ef7-fcfd1bc93378\" data-items=\"[&quot;3598110363&quot;,&quot;1080731488&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2,4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Batuk berdahak selama 2 minggu atau lebih; batuk dapat diikuti gejala tambahan yaitu dahak bercampur darah,<\/li><li>Sesak nafas,<\/li><li>Badan lemas,<\/li><li>Nafsu makan turun,<\/li><li>Berat badan turun,<\/li><li>Malaise (pegal dan lelah)<\/li><li>Berkeringat pada malam hari tanpa kegiatan fiisk<\/li><li>Demam meriang lebih dari satu bulan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pengaturan Makan dan Zat Gizi pada Tuberkulosis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">TB menyebabkan atau memperburuk kondisi malnutrisi yang sudah ada sebelumnya dan meningkatkan katabolisme<\/span><\/strong>. Pedoman WHO menyarankan pasien rawat inap yang kekurangan gizi parah dapat meningkatkan risiko mortalitas. Suplementasi makanan dianjurkan sampai pasien mencapai Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) 18,5 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>.<span id=\"aeef488e-20d6-4586-a09b-76af776211dd\" data-items=\"[&quot;208254230&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Dalam jangka pendek, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">malnutrisi meningkatkan risiko infeksi dan perkembangan awal infeksi untuk menghasilkan TB aktif.<\/span><\/strong> Dalam dalam jangka panjang, malnutrisi meningkatkan risiko pengaktifan kembali penyakit TB. Malnutrisi juga dapat menurunkan efektivitas rejimen obat anti-TB, yang harus dipakai pasien beberapa bulan. Kemanjuran vaksin <em>Bacillus Calmette-Guerin<\/em> (BCG) juga bisa terganggu oleh malnutrisi.<span id=\"77d4308b-8a16-410f-a11c-1762d7535e7c\" data-items=\"[&quot;1080731488&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebutuhan energi dan zat gizi protein meningkat karena terjadi infeksi bakteri pada paru paru pada penyakit tuberkulosis. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Rekomendasi energi untuk kekurangan gizi dan pasien katabolik, 35 sampai 40 kkal \/ kg berat badan ideal (BBI). Untuk pasien dengan infeksi lain seperti HIV, kebutuhan energi meningkat 20% sampai 30% untuk mempertahankan berat badan. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protein<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Protein sangat penting dalam mencegah pemborosan jaringan otot dan asupannya dari 15% kebutuhan energi atau 1,2 sampai 1,5 g \/ kg BBI<\/span><\/strong>, dianjurkan asupan protein sekitar 75 sampai 100 g per hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamin dan Mineral<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Suplemen multivitamin dan mineral yang menyediakan 50 &#8211; 150% dari Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG) sangat membantu, karena kebutuhan pasien tuberkulosis meningkat  yang tidak mungkin dipenuhi dengan diet saja. Zat gizi seperti vitamin A, B, C dan E, seng, dan selenium biasanya tergolong kurang pada pasien TB. <\/span><\/strong>Ini sangat penting untuk integritas respons imun. Defisiensi vitamin D biasa terjadi pada pasien TB, yang terjadi karena asupan vitamin D kurang dan paparan sinar matahari yang terbatas.<span id=\"3a99d243-690a-4439-bf83-4f665e1bfc2b\" data-items=\"[&quot;2126230847&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b6\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isoniazid adalah antagonis vitamin B6 (piridoksin) dan sering digunakan dalam pengobatan TB. Oleh karena itu, 25 mg suplementasi B6 direkomendasikan pada pasien TB. Penelitian telah mendokumentasikan peningkatan prevalensi anemia dengan pasien TB, yang dikaitkan dengan peningkatan risiko kematian. <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/12\/03\/anemia-defisiensi-besi\/\">Anemia defisiensi besi<\/a> merupakan penyumbang terpenting dalam perkembangan anemia pada pasien TB. Bukti menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi zat besi mungkin berlebihan berbahaya bagi pasien TBC, dan penggunaan terapi zat besi tidak direkomendasikan secara universal.<span id=\"811de106-3e9e-492a-be7f-f20174624799\" data-items=\"[&quot;1080731488&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bahan Makanan yang Dianjurkan dan Tidak Dianjurkan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Terdapat beberapa bahan makanan yang dianjurkan dan dibatasi untuk pasien TB antara lain :<br>a) Tingkatkan asupan protein dengan mengonsumsi : daging tanpa lemak, telur, tempe, tahu, susu<br>b) Kebutuhan lemak cukup, dengan mengutamakan sumber lemak jenuh seperti : kacang-kacangan, minyak zaitun, alpukat, ikan,<br>minyak nabati. Hindari pengolahan makanan dengan digoreng karena dapat merangsang batuk<br>c) Karbohidrat dibatasi jika terjadi sesak nafas, sumber karbohidrat yang dianjurkan meliputi : nasi, kentang, roti, gandum<br>d) Batasi konsumsi makanan terlalu manis : gula, sirup karena dapat merangsang batuk<br>e) Perbanyak konsumsi antioksidan untuk meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh seperti :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vitamin A (Wortel, Tomat, Labu kuning, Mangga)<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/08\/04\/konsumsi-vitamin-c-aman-saat-pandemi\/\">Asam askorbat \/ Vitamin C<\/a> : Jeruk, kiwi, strawberry, jambu biji<\/li><li>Zat besi : Daging merah, bayam, brokol<\/li><li>Seng : seafood, bayam, brokoli<\/li><li>Vitamin D: Ikan, Kuning telur, Susu dan produk susu<\/li><li>Selenium: ikan, daging, seafood<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/fruit-1095331_1920-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/id\/photos\/buah-sayur-apple-1095331\/\" class=\"wp-image-2422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/fruit-1095331_1920-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/fruit-1095331_1920-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/fruit-1095331_1920-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/fruit-1095331_1920-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/fruit-1095331_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>f) Minuman yang dihindari : minuman berkafein (kopi, coklat, soda, minuman berenergi)[ berkarbonasi (soft drink); minuman kemasan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips Mencegah TB<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut beberapa tips untuk membantu menjaga dan mencegah penyakit TB kepada teman dan keluarga dari infeksi kuman antara lain :<span id=\"678e0b11-e6c5-4b93-a6bb-ac8c7d3877de\" data-items=\"[&quot;3598110363&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tinggal di rumah. Jangan pergi kerja atau sekolah atau tidur di kamar dengan orang lain selama beberapa minggu pertama pengobatan untuk TB aktif<\/li><li>Ventilasi ruangan. Kuman TB menyebar lebih mudah dalam ruangan tertutup kecil dimana udara tidak bergerak. Jika ventilasi ruangan masih kurang, buka jendela dan gunakan kipas untuk meniup udara dalam ruangan ke luar.<\/li><li>Tutup mulut menggunakan masker. Gunakan masker untuk menutup mulut kapan saja ini merupakan langkah pencegahan TB secara efektif.
