Gizi yang baik juga sangat penting sebelum, selama dan setelah infeksi. Infeksi menyebabkan tubuh korban demam, sehingga membutuhkan tambahan energi dan zat gizi. karena itu, menjaga pola makan yang sehat sangat penting selama pandemi <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/05\/10\/terapi-gizi-pada-pasien-covid-19\/\">COVID-19<\/a>. Dalam isi piring makan sehari &#8211; hari sebaiknya terdiri dari makanan pokok, lauk pauk, sayur, buah, dan air putih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuci tangan dengan air mengalir dan sabun<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>amencuci tangan merupakan pilar utama untuk mencegah infeksi masuk melalui tangan karena tangan merupakan sumber penularan kuman secara langsung maupun tak langsung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rutin berolahraga<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Berolahraga dapat meningkatkan kkebalan tubuh dan sistem metabolisme.
