Berdasarkan studi rokok dikaitkan dengan nafsu makan, kualitas diet dan aktivitas fisik yang kurang baik. Mari kita simak pada artikel ini =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rokok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>merupakan salah satu produk tembakau yang dibakar dan dihisap dan\/atau dihirup asapnya, termasuk rokok kretek, rokok putih, cerutu atau bentuk lainnya yang dihasilkan dari tanaman <em>nicotiana tabacum, nicotiana rustica<\/em>, dan spesies lainnya atau sintesisnya yang asapnya mengandung nikotin dan tar, dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan. Komposisi rokok antara lain nikotin, ammonia, logam (arsenic, cadmium, kromium, merkuri, timah, nikel, selenium), nitrosamin, dan mentol. Komponen gas asap rokok antara nikotin, tar, karbon monoksida (CO), zat bersifat volatile (benzene, 1,3-butadiena, formaldehid, asetaldehid), nitrosamine, logam (arsenic, cadmium, kromium, merkuri, timah, nikel, selenium), nitrogen oksida, hydrogen sianida.<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <strong>Zat-zat beracun ini mengiritasi dan bersifat karsinogen atau dapat menimbulkan kanker<\/strong><\/span>.<span id=\"179a444e-6803-4326-a1cf-3e6c8539ae8f\" data-items=\"[&quot;356863257&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rokok dan Nafsu Makan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rokok mengandung nikotin yang bertindak atas nikotinat reseptor kolinergik di otak dan ganglia otonom. Ikatan nikotin ke dalam reseptor nikotinat membuka saluran ion, sehingga memungkinkan masuknya natrium dan kalsium, serta melepaskan berbagai neurotransmiter. Proses ini menyebabkan pelepasan katekolamin, dan dalam sistem saraf pusat juga terjadi pelepasan dopamin, norepinefrin, serotonin, asetilkolin, glutamat, asam \u03b3-aminobutirat, dan neurotransmitter lainnya. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Nikotin menurunkan berat badan dengan meningkatkan laju metabolisme dan menekan asupan makan<\/span><\/strong>. Dalam sehari, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">merokok meningkatkan pengeluaran energi sebesar 10%, peningkatan tersebut sesuai dengan pengeluaran 200 kkal per 24 jam<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"24eaa94c-cd99-4eb9-9562-3efecd95867b\" data-items=\"[&quot;1075992177&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikotin merupakan komponen kimia utama pada rokok yang menyebabkan ketagihan. Risiko kecanduan nikotin tergantung pada dosis nikotin, tingkat penyerapan, dan konsentrasi nikotin yang digunakan. Begitu juga dengan tingkat toksisitas yang disebabkan oleh nikotin tergantung pada dosis, durasi dan frekuensi, dan formulasi produk nikotin. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Nikotin memiliki banyak efek potensial pada regulasi sistem saraf pusat dalam pengaturan makan dan pengeluaran energi<\/span><\/strong>. Pengaturan makan dan laju metabolisme oleh otak terjadi dalam hipotalamus yang mengintegrasikan sinyal-sinyal perifer dari rasa kenyang. Leptin dilepaskan dari jaringan adiposa dan bertindak untuk menekan nafsu makan dan meningkatkan metabolisme. Pelepasan hormon seperti norepinefrin, dopamin, serotonin, dan asam \u03b3-aminobutiric oleh sistem saraf pusat mempengaruhi bahan kimia otak yang <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">menekan nafsu makan dan meningkatkan laju metabolisme (seperti pro-opiomelanocortin dan kokain amfetamin regulasi transkip) serta yang menekan nafsu makan dan menurunkan tingkat metabolisme<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"08566915-616f-46f8-b52b-66040658ef3f\" data-items=\"[&quot;1075992177&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kualitas Diet pada Perokok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebiasaan merokok berdampak pada kualitas diet. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Perubahan pola makan terkait merokok disebabkan nikotin yang menekan <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/obat-peningkat-nafsu-makan-anak-tradisional-dari-segi-pandangan-ahli-gizi\/\">nafsu makan<\/a> dan menurunkan persepsi terhadap rasa dan bau sehingga menyebabkan perokok kurang tertarik untuk mengonsumsi buah dan sayur<\/span><\/strong>. Saat merokok, terjadi absorbsi nikotin secara cepat yang berasal dari tembakau ke dalam paru\u2011paru dan masuk ke dalam otak. Nafsu makan juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hormon akibat pengaruh dari nikotin antara lain dopamine, norephinefrin, dan leptin. Neuropeptida Y adalah peptida yang dapat meningkatkan asupan makan dan terletak di nukleus arkuata hipotalamus. Akan tetapi, nikotin yang terkandung pada rokok, dapat menekan peptida tersebut sehingga terjadi penurunan nafsu makan.<span id=\"51ef76f6-69a0-49f5-8cf9-a254be90e749\" data-items=\"[&quot;2542152090&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan penelitian di Iran, pola hidup non perokok lebih banyak mengonsumsi buah dan sayuran, sedangkan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">perokok mengkonsumsi lebih banyak daging dan makanan berlemak<\/span><\/strong>. Merokok juga mempengaruhi aktivitas fisik. Penelitian di Yunani menyebutkan bahwa pada usia dewasa muda yang tidak merokok memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan orang yang merokok. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Dewasa muda yang tidak merokok dan menjalankan olahraga dengan baik memiliki persepsi yang lebih baik tentang kesehatan, diet, dan memiliki kesadaran yang lebih baik dari perokok<\/span><\/strong>. Penurunan kemampuan kardiorespirasi menyebabkan terganggunya aktivitas fisik pada perokok.<span id=\"58d28e99-0f3f-4aa8-a33e-08e102888f09\" data-items=\"[&quot;4026442556&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b9\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian bahwa bahwa <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">aktivitas fisik pada perokok cenderung lebih ringan dibandingkan dengan non perokok<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"755fd4bd-65d0-454e-8bd9-f0046fe4af3d\" data-items=\"[&quot;668233381&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b8\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Nikotin dapat mengganggu sistem saraf simpatis dengan meningkatkan kebutuhan oksigen, frekuensi denyut jantung, <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/diet-hipertensi-darah-tinggi-dash-diet\/\">tekanan darah<\/a>, serta menyebabkan gangguan irama jantung<\/span><\/strong>. Karbon monoksida (CO) dapat menurunkan persediaan oksigen untuk jaringan seluruh tubuh termasuk miokard dan dapat pula menimbulkan desaturasi hemoglobin sehingga menurunkan kapasitas latihan fisik.
