Mari kita simak =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anemia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anemia adalah suatu kondisi dimana tubuh mengalami penurunan eritrosit, atau diketahui sebagai sel darah merah, yang diukur sebagai penurunan konsentrasi hemoglobin. Dapat juga didefinisikan sebagai penurunan konsentrasi hemoglobin atau massa sel darah merah. Menurut <em>World Health Organization<\/em> disebut <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">anemia jika kadar hemoglobin &lt; 13 g \/ dL pada pria dewasa dan &lt; 12 g \/ dL pada wanita dewasa<\/span><\/strong>. Definisi anemia juga dapat mencakup 2,5% kadar hemoglobin terendah dalam populasi yang sehat. <span id=\"740ac9d1-fad5-46e1-99db-ff3f0bfebc43\" data-items=\"[&quot;1340201542&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hemoglobin normal dan kadar hematokrit tergantung pada beberapa faktor, terutama usia dan jenis kelamin. Anemia mempengaruhi sekitar 25% populasi dunia dan lebih umum ditemukan pada anak-anak, wanita, orang tua, dan pasien yang sakit kronis. Selain itu, dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup dan dapat berkontribusi pada semua penyebab kematian pada pasien usia lanjut, meningkatkan risiko jatuh dan gangguan fungsional.<span id=\"9f7d4e0f-e5f3-4a10-8bcd-a16e6d855197\" data-items=\"[&quot;1340201542&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada tingkat biologis, anemia berkembang karena ketidakseimbangan kehilangan eritrosit relatif terhadap produksi, hal ini disebabkan oleh <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">eritropoiesis yang tidak efektif atau kurang (misalnya defisiensi gizi, inflamasi, atau kelainan hemoglobin genetik) dan \/ atau kehilangan eritrosit yang berlebihan (akibat hemolisis, kehilangan darah, atau keduanya)<\/span><\/strong>. Anemia sering diklasifikasikan berdasarkan mekanisme biologis penyebabnya yaitu anemia defisiensi besi, anemia hemolitik, dan anemia inflamasi dan \/ atau morfologi sel darah merah.<span id=\"a2808352-ee9d-4f12-a6f8-23d951cee70a\" data-items=\"[&quot;1032077606&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anemia Defisiensi Besi (ADB)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anemia ini adalah kondisi dimana tubuh memiliki besi yang sangat sedikit pada aliran darah. Bentuk anemia ini sering dijumpai pada remaja dan wanita sebelum menopause. Kehilangan darah saat haid, pendarahan dalam pada saluran cerna, atau donasi darah terlalu banyak dapat menyebabkan anemia ini.<span id=\"390f65be-8926-4507-9579-5e5b7e857419\" data-items=\"[&quot;2630957690&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tingkat zat besi yang rendah saat anemia ini dapat disebabkan berbagai hal. Selain karena kehamilan atau tumbuhnya masa kanak-kanak dan menstruasi, penyerapan zat besi yang buruk, pendarahan usus, diet yang buruk, obat-obatan dan kurangnya vitamin tertentu juga menjadi penyebab anemia defisiensi besi. Selain itu pendarahan dari ginjal, infeksi cacing tambang, masalah pada sel darah merah dan sumsum tulang juga dapat menjadi penyebab kasus ini. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Gejala yang dialami saat anemia ini terjadi adalah kelelahan, lesu, merasa ingin pingsan dan mudah terengah-engah, sakit kepala, palpitasi, perubahan rasa, mulut sakit dan tinnitus (dering di telinga)<\/span><\/strong>. Anemia saat kehamilan dapat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi pada ibu dan bayi seperti bayi berat lahir rendah, persalinan prematur (prematur) dan depresi pascanatal. Cadangan zat besi yang rendah pada bayi juga dapat menyebabkan anemia pada bayi baru lahir. <span id=\"83c126f0-4ab7-4ee9-805e-d3445270215f\" data-items=\"[&quot;2630957690&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Anemia defisiensi besi merupakan tahap akhir dari periode deprivasi yang lama<\/span><\/strong>. Serum ferritin (simpanan besi) adalah tes yang paling berguna untuk membedakan ADB dari anemia defisiensi pada penyakit kronik. Kekurangan zat besi relatif umum terjadi pada balita, remaja putri, dan wanita usia subur. Risiko kekurangan zat besi dapat dianggap sebagai risiko tinggi populasi.<span id=\"ebe2c4c4-ac1c-4628-90c4-ee5741fd1152\" data-items=\"[&quot;651960440&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anemia Gizi : Besi, Folat, Vitamin A, B2, dan B12<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Anemia gizi terjadi ketika konsentrasi zat gizi hematopoietik \u2014 yang terlibat dalam produksi atau pemeliharaan sel darah merah \u2014 tidak mencukupi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Penyebab defisiensi gizi yaitu asupan makanan yang tidak memadai, peningkatan kehilangan zat gizi (misalnya kehilangan darah dari parasit, perdarahan yang terkait dengan persalinan, atau menstruasi yang berat), gangguan absorpsi (misalnya, kekurangan faktor intrinsik untuk membantu penyerapan vitamin B12, asupan tinggi fitat, atau infeksi <em>Helicobacter pylori <\/em>yang mengganggu penyerapan zat besi), atau perubahan metabolisme gizi (misalnya kekurangan vitamin A atau riboflavin yang mempengaruhi mobilisasi simpanan zat besi). Suplementasi gizi adalah strategi pencegahan dan pengobatan umum untuk anemia gizi &#8211; misalnya, suplementasi zat besi untuk pencegahan anemia defisiensi besi &#8211; ketersediaan hayati dan dengan demikian penyerapan dari sediaan suplemen gizi yang berbeda dapat bervariasi, berpotensi membatasi dampaknya.<span id=\"84e00c82-d0d3-4a69-ba19-ddd6a3838cc0\" data-items=\"[&quot;1032077606&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Asupan vitamin A, B2, B12, C, E, dan asam folat juga terkait dengan perkembangan dan pengendalian ADB.<\/span><\/strong> Suplementasi multi mikronutrien selama kehamilan dapat mengurangi risiko berat badan lahir rendah, usia kehamilan yang dini, dan anemia. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Paparan timbal juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hemoglobin dan hematokrit<\/span><\/strong>. Kadar serum timbal di atas 50 mcg\/dL merupakan masalah. Zat besi heme lebih mudah diserap oleh tubuh. Kebutuhan zat besi sekitar 6 mg\/ 1000 kkal makanan yang dikonsumsi. <\/li><li>Besi non heme seperti kacang-kacangan, tempe, jamur, bayam, daun bawang, pepaya, dll dapat meningkat penyerapannya dengan adanya sumber vitamin C (jeruk, tomat, brokoli, kentang, cabai, dll)<\/li><li>Batasi zat penghambat besi seperti konsumsi serat terlalu banyak (gandum utuh), asam fitat (bekatul, kedelai, bayam), tanin (teh, kopi, cokelat) karena dapat menghambat absorbsi zat besi non heme.<\/li><li>Suplemen zat besi baik dikonsumsi saat perut kosong, namun jika terdapat gangguan pencernaan dapat dikonsumsi 2 jam setelah makan. Diminum dengan air putih bukan dengan susu\/teh\/kopi.
