Diperlukan diet dislipidemia untuk mengontrol kadar lipid dalam darah agar berada dalam range normal. Mari kita simak bersama =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dislipidemia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Dislipidemia didefinisikan sebagai kelainan metabolisme lipid yang ditandai dengan peningkatan maupun penurunan kadar\/fraksi lipid dalam plasma<\/span><\/strong>. Kenaikan fraksi lipid yang utama adalah kenaikan kadar kolesterol total, kolesterol LDL, dan atau trigliserid, serta penurunan kolesterol HDL. Dislipidemia atau abnormalitas lipid dalam plasma berperan utama dalam patogenesis terjadinya arterosklerosis pada pembuluh darah yang merupakan penyebab terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) dan stroke.<span id=\"de75900a-5ff6-4abb-ae1d-698c72a19804\" data-items=\"[&quot;139402302&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasifikasi Kadar Lipid Plasma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"758\" height=\"511\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1936\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/image-4.png 758w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/image-4-300x202.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 758px) 100vw, 758px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Dislipidemia ditandai dengan kadar kolesterol total \u2265240 mg\/dl, kolesterol LDL \u2265160 mg\/dl, kolesterol HDL &lt;40 mg\/dl, dan trigliserida \u2265200 mg\/dl.<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"c9748b9f-7fe4-4670-8dee-1e22df487062\" data-items=\"[&quot;139402302&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penyebab dan Faktor Risiko<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun faktor risiko dislipidemia antara lain : <span id=\"196e3ca7-929d-4867-bc7f-b7024bafbadd\" data-items=\"[&quot;2155025581&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><br>1) Faktor keturunan (faktor genetik)<br>2) Gaya hidup yang kurang baik: Sering mengonsumsi makanan tinggi lemak, terutama jenis lemak jenuh. Tidak rutin berolahraga, jarang bergerak (duduk lama, hanya berjalan dari ruang ke ruang).<br>3) Efek samping dari suatu kondisi atau penyakit yang diderita, antara lain diabetes melitus, sindrom metabolik, ataupun obesitas (terutama obesitas sentral).<br>Obesitas sentral merupakan kondisi dimana terdapat tumpukan lemak berlebih pada bagian perut. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Seseorang yang mengalami obesitas sentral, berisiko memiliki kadar lemak dalam darah yang tinggi sehingga meningkatkan kadar kolesterol, trigliserida, dan LDL<\/span><\/strong>. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu penanda kondisi dislipidemia. Dikatakan mengalami obesitas sentral jika lingkar perut Anda &gt;90 cm untuk pria dan &gt;80 cm untuk wanita. Selain itu, obesitas juga dapat ditentukan dari Rasio Lingkar Pinggang Panggul (RLPP) &gt;0,9 cm untuk pria dan &gt;0,85 cm untuk wanita.<span id=\"1e86a318-2700-4ce7-b338-25f3ed1a9e76\" data-items=\"[&quot;3983682655&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anjuran untuk Pengidap Dislipidemia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Penurunan kadar lipid dalam darah dapat menurunkan risiko penyakit arteri koroner; untuk setiap 1% penurunan kadar kolesterol terdapat penurunan penyakit arteri koroner sebesar 2%<\/span><\/strong>. Skrining kadar kolesterol darah dianjurkan, bahkan untuk orang dewasa yang lebih tua. Jika ditangani, risiko menurun secara signifikan; Oleh karena itu, pengaturan aktivitas fisik dan intervensi gizi dalam hal ini diet dislipidemia sejak awal sangat bermanfaat untuk menurunkan risiko penyakit. <span id=\"27739b42-bc42-4400-b4ad-d8313dbd5c30\" data-items=\"[&quot;2803597816&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rutin berolahraga atau aktif bergerak dalam beraktivitas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Aktifitas fisik yang disarankan yaitu: \u00b1 30 menit aktivitas fisik dengan intensitas sedang (menurunkan 4-7 kkal\/menit) 4-6 kali seminggu. <\/span><\/strong>Kegiatan yang dianjurkan seperti jalan cepat, bersepeda statis, ataupun berenang. Sumber makanan yang mengandung kolesterol seperti kuning telur, jeroan, otak, kulit ayam, daging kambing.<span id=\"1d59a554-2cbd-4c76-a3ce-10c6d18df3cb\" data-items=\"[&quot;1915879959&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/li><li>Mengganti teknik memasak yang menggunakan banyak lemak seperti menggoreng atau kuah santan dengan memanggang, mengukus, atau menumis dengan sedikit minyak.<\/li><li>Mengurangi teknik memasak dengan digoreng (terutama metode deep frying atau menggoreng dalam minyak banyak dan panas hingga terendam) karena suhu tinggi pada proses menggoreng dapat meningkatkan kandungan lemak jenuh, salah satunya lemak trans yang tidak baik untuk kesehatan karena dapat meningkatkan kadar kolesterol jahat (LDL) dan trigliserida serta menurunkan kadar kolesterol baik (HDL). <\/li><li>Membatasi konsumsi produk bakery (roti, donat, kue, cookies) karena mengandung margarin yang dipanaskan sehingga terbentuk lemak trans.<span id=\"7883ed93-e559-402b-8dee-32ba5085ecef\" data-items=\"[&quot;263923241&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b6\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/li><li>Membatasi konsumsi minyak maksimal 5 sdm\/hari, konsumsi garam maksimal1 sdt\/hari, makanan dan minuman yang mengandung banyak gula (maks. 4 sdm\/hari), mengganti snack manis dan sugar sweetened beverage dengan buah- buahan.<\/li><li>Mengurangi konsumsi makanan sumber protein yang mengandung tinggi lemak, seperti daging merah dengan lemak, dan dapat diganti dengan ikan, daging ayam tanpa kulit, kacang-kacangan.<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Diet kaya buah-buahan, sayuran, produk susu rendah lemak, rendah natrium dan lemak jenuh dapat menurunkan berat badan dan tekanan darah<\/span><\/strong>.
