Mari kita simak pada artikel ini =) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diet Ketogenik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, semakin banyak bukti terakumulasi dalam literatur, menunjukkan bahwa diet ketogenik sangat-rendah karbohidrat (<em>very low carbohydrate ketogenic diet\/VLCKD<\/em>) dapat memiliki peran terapeutik berbagai penyakit. Penggunaan VLCKD dalam mengobati epilepsi telah diketahui selama beberapa dekade dan diet ini telah dikenal luas dalam penurunan berat badan.<span id=\"773891d0-74be-47ba-9b57-875f4bb65b73\" data-items=\"[&quot;1478356396&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Diet ketogenik (DK) ditandai dengan pengurangan karbohidrat (biasanya kurang dari 50 g \/ hari) dan peningkatan proporsi protein dan lemak<\/span><\/strong>. <span id=\"1c186a6e-dd0e-4e1b-8278-5830c6995555\" data-items=\"[&quot;1366082898&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span> DK klasik didefinisikan asupan &lt;130 g karbohidrat per hari atau &lt;26% kalori asupan oleh <em>American Diabetes Association<\/em>. Terdapat variasi, seperti DK yang sangat rendah karbohidrat, yang bahkan lebih ketat, dengan asupan karbohidrat kurang dari 30 g \/ hari.<span id=\"1e0670b8-e7ac-4c55-8699-2891780e5064\" data-items=\"[&quot;2721309181&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Insulin mengaktifkan enzim kunci di jalur penyimpanan energi yang berasal dari karbohidrat. Ketiadaan karbohidrat dalam makanan mengakibatkan insulin berkurang yang berdampak pada penurunan lipogenesis dan akumulasi lemak. Setelah beberapa hari berpuasa, atau konsumsi karbohidrat berkurang drastis (&lt; 50 g \/ hari), cadangan glukosa menjadi tidak mencukupi untuk oksidasi lemak normal melalui suplai oksaloasetat dalam siklus Krebs dan untuk suplai glukosa ke sistem saraf pusat (SSP). <span id=\"acea4fe3-8ddc-4a2d-9d06-08df51be2888\" data-items=\"[&quot;1478356396&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">SSP tidak dapat menggunakan lemak sebagai sumber energi; karena sumber energi utamanya adalah glukosa. Setelah 3\u20134 hari tanpa konsumsi karbohidrat SSP dipaksa untuk mencari sumber energi alternatif yang berasal dari overproduksi asetil koenzim A (CoA)<\/span><\/strong>. Kondisi ini terlihat dalam waktu yang lama puasa, diabetes tipe 1 dan diet tinggi lemak \/ rendah karbohidrat mengarah pada produksi badan keton antara lain asetoasetat, asam beta-hidroksibutirat dan aseton.<span id=\"6cbdc30f-a268-49ba-af69-d5e12130f4e9\" data-items=\"[&quot;1478356396&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BACA ARTIKEL : <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/04\/24\/menurunkan-berat-badan-secara-alami\/\">Cara Menurunkan Berat Badan Alami<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studi Diet Ketogenik dengan Penurunan Berat Badan <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">DK dikenal sebagai terapi penurunan berat badan yang efektif (rata-rata hingga 5% berat badan pada 6 bulan), tetapi mekanismenya tidak jelas<\/span><\/strong>. Beberapa peneliti menyebutkan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">penurunan berat badan tersebut dari pengurangan asupan kalori dan peningkatan efek rasa kenyang dari protein<\/span><\/strong>. Penelitian lain menunjukkan efek metabolik DK: kemungkinan, penggunaan energi dari protein dalam DK adalah proses yang mahal dan karena itu meningkatkan penurunan berat badan. Juga, glukoneogenesis yang meningkat dengan pembatasan karbohidrat, membutuhkan energi. Hipotesis lain <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">penurunan berat badan yang diinduksi DK adalah penurunan nafsu makan yang disebabkan oleh ketosis<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"d3ab6b35-e77e-42b4-a082-885a51686eb5\" data-items=\"[&quot;1478356396&quot;,&quot;2721309181&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1,3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diet restriksi kalori, akan menghasilkan penurunan berat badan yang efektif terlepas dari komposisi makronutrien, yang dianggap kurang penting, bahkan tidak relevan. Berbeda dengan pandangan ini, mayoritas studi ad-libitum menunjukkan bahwa subjek yang mengikuti diet rendah karbohidrat penurunan  berat badan lebih banyak terjadi selama 3-6 bulan pertama dibandingkan dengan diet seimbang. <span id=\"8f0fbe67-8920-4215-a04d-b8bc718e7691\" data-items=\"[&quot;1478356396&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Tubuh manusia rata-rata membutuhkan 60\u201365 g glukosa per hari, dan selama fase pertama diet sangat rendah karbohidrat ini sebanyak 16% glukosa diperoleh dari gliserol, dengan bagian utama berasal dari glukoneogenesis protein yang berasal dari makanan atau jaringan. <span id=\"8a7365b8-148c-4f3c-91d3-1a7fe9bb46c0\" data-items=\"[&quot;3933595169&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Efek penurunan berat badan dari VLCKD tampaknya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor<\/span><\/strong>:<span id=\"1f88eb7b-80fd-481a-b9ce-16361a630bf8\" data-items=\"[&quot;1478356396&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Penurunan nafsu makan karena efek rasa kenyang yang lebih tinggi pada protein, efek pada hormon pengontrol nafsu makan, dan untuk aksi penekan nafsu makan langsung dari benda keton.<\/li><li>Terjadi penurunan lipogenesis dan peningkatan lipolisis.<\/li><li>Adanya penurunan pernapasan saat istirahat sehingga efisiensi metabolisme yang lebih besar dalam mengonsumsi lemak. <\/li><li>Peningkatan biaya metabolisme glukoneogenesis dan efek termik protein.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lebih Lanjut : <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/11\/14\/efek-diet-rendah-karbohidrat-pada-kontrol-glikemik-diabetes-mellitus-tipe-2\/\">Efek Diet Rendah Karbohidrat pada Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontra Studi Diet Ketogenik dengan Penurunan Berat Badan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian pada pasien diabetes tipe 2 obesitas membandingkan diet rendah karbohidrat tinggi lemak tak jenuh dengan diet tinggi karbohidrat rendah lemak, dalam hubungannya dengan latihan terstruktur: penurunan berat badan serupa dialami kedua kelompok (9,1%), tetapi tren untuk mendapatkan kembali lebih banyak berat badan diamati pada kelompok diet rendah karbohidrat pada 52 minggu. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kehilangan berat badan dikaitkan intervensi gaya hidup dengan intensitas tinggi<\/span><\/strong>. Latihan berdampak pada berat badan, tetapi juga pada komposisi tubuh. Orang yang mengalami ketosis mungkin mengalami kehilangan nafsu makan dan penurunan berat badan yang dramatis dalam beberapa hari pertama<\/span><\/strong>. Penurunan berat badan ini mencerminkan hilangnya glikogen, protein, cairan tubuh dan mineral penting. Kehilangan lemak pada diet ketogenik tidak lebih besar dari diet lain yang memberikan jumlah energi yang sama.
