Menopause dialami oleh semua wanita. Berbagai gejala dan perubahan banyak terjadi pada kondisi menopause. Mari kita simak pada artikel berikut =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gejala Menopause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Saat estrogen menurun, gejala terkait dengan menopause mungkin terjadi. Timbulnya menopause dan efek sampingnya bermacam-macam. Beberapa wanita mengalami penurunan bertahap frekuensi dan lamanya menstruasi, sedangkan yang lain mengalami penghentian mendadak (tidak mens). Gejala paling sering dilaporkan termasuk tingkat energi yang rendah dan gejala vasomotor (<em>hot flashes<\/em>). <span id=\"3acc5596-c95e-4d2a-8587-c570a0b6cdd9\" data-items=\"[&quot;261396333&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Pada tahap 2 hingga 10 tahun sebelum menopause, wanita mungkin mengalami <em>hot flashes<\/em>, keringat malam, kelelahan, insomnia, kenaikan berat badan, kehilangan libido, menstruasi tidak teratur, fibroid atau pendarahan hebat, nyeri payudara, <em>mood swing<\/em> dan lekas marah, mengidam permen atau alkohol, masalah pencernaan, rambut rontok, kaku atau nyeri sendi, kecemasan, dan depresi<\/span><\/strong>.<sup>\u200b<\/sup><span id=\"55fa504e-c7e2-4a7d-8ec8-8fab17985292\" data-items=\"[&quot;162648949&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesehatan tulang, jantung, dan otak terpengaruh. Penurunan sirkulasi estrogen membatasi kemampuan tubuh untuk merombak tulang, mengakibatkan penurunan massa tulang. Tingkat estrogen yang rendah  juga mempengaruhi kadar lipid darah, meningkatkan total kolesterol dan kadar LDL serta menurunkan kadar HDL. Fungsi otak, terutama memori, juga terpengaruh; perubahan negatif dapat dikurangi dengan terapi hormon. Namun terapi pengganti hormon tidak lagi menjadi andalan untuk mencegah osteoporosis karena patah tulang dan risiko kanker.<span id=\"4128289c-4db8-418b-9f32-1a77f5ff533f\" data-items=\"[&quot;261396333&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Berat Badan dan Menopause <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Menopause merupakan periode dalam kehidupan wanita ketika berat badan  sangat sulit dikontrol. Obesitas lebih sering terjadi pada pria dibandingkan pada wanita sebelum usia 45 tahun, tetapi, setelah usia 45 tahun, tren tersebut berbalik. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Diperkirakan berat badan wanita meningkat  1\u20132 kg selama transisi perimenopause<\/span><\/strong>. Selama menopause, terjadi pergeseran distribusi dan penyimpanan lemak dari pinggul ke pinggang. Terdapat sejumlah perubahan hormonal, seperti penurunan kadar estrogen dan peningkatan kadar androgen yang bersirkulasi, yang menyebabkan penambahan berat badan, terutama pada lemak viseral. Akibatnya, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">massa lemak viseral meningkat 44% selama menopause, dan massa gynoid lemak naik sekitar 32%<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"9ace3ed5-fb38-424e-a2da-b712661bbfeb\" data-items=\"[&quot;3172488899&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita yang mengalami perimenopause mengalami kehilangan  massa tubuh tanpa lemak dua kali lipat lebih tinggi dibanding massa lemak, dan tren ini berlanjut hingga 2 tahun setelah menopause saat komposisi tubuh stabil. Fenomena ini lebih dipengaruhi oleh pengurangan energi pengeluaran dibanding peningkatan asupan energi.<span id=\"a5a258df-641b-4f07-884c-f1c0123edd5a\" data-items=\"[&quot;3604986059&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips Hidup Sehat pada Wanita Menopause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Konsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diet dengan proporsi karbohidrat tingkat sedang dapat memperlambat pergeseran insulin; protein tanpa lemak dan lemak sedang dapat membantu <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/04\/24\/menurunkan-berat-badan-secara-alami\/\">mencegah penambahan berat badan<\/a>. Sumber makanan selenium, <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/08\/04\/konsumsi-vitamin-c-aman-saat-pandemi\/\">vitamin C<\/a>, dan E menyumbang manfaat antioksidan. Biji-bijian utuh, flaxseed, dan omega-3 lainnya asam lemak dapat mengurangi peradangan yang memperparah <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lirikbaru.com\">hot flashes<\/a><\/em>. <span id=\"e0c6ac9c-bc7c-4a45-8676-99cd6bcb383a\" data-items=\"[&quot;162648949&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitoestrogen dari isoflavon dan lignan (kedelai, flaxseed, dan semanggi merah) berguna bagi sebagian wanita. <br><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Isoflavon (kedelai) dapat mengurangi <em>hot flashes<\/em>, mengurangi kehilangan kepadatan massa tulang, dan menunjukkan efek menguntungkan pada tekanan darah sistolik selama awal menopause, serta dapat meningkatkan kontrol glikemik<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"16c5e1aa-07f8-49c2-8d9a-d35f923e74ef\" data-items=\"[&quot;809694259&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebutuhan zat besi menurun pada wanita menopause. Asupan kalsium, vitamin D, vitamin K, magnesium dalam jumlah cukup dapat membantu kesehatan tulang dan menurunkan risiko penurunan massa tulang. <span id=\"e780ff6f-3d06-4879-bc06-d2fd26bd8433\" data-items=\"[&quot;261396333&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Olahraga secara teratur<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Intervensi diet dan olahraga memberikan berat badan dan parameter komposisi tubuh yang lebih baik dibanding pembatasan kalori diet saja pada wanita gemuk dan obese peri- dan pascamenopause.<span id=\"bf6e1013-1556-420b-a47f-64fc2353fbc4\" data-items=\"[&quot;3172488899&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Olahraga yang dianjurkan yaitu intensitas sedang 3x\/minggu dengan durasi 30 &#8211; 60 menit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kontrol berat badan <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Selama periode menopause : total kolesterol total , kolesterol LDL, dan tingkat trigliserida meningkat; Kadar kolesterol HDL menurun, terutama pada wanita overweight\/obese. <span id=\"ba049df8-13cf-4d97-8675-10a3690ae1c1\" data-items=\"[&quot;261396333&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Oleh karena itu berat badan saat menopause perlu dikontrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hindari stres<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Wanita mungkin mengalami depresi selama masa hormonal berubah seperti pada kondisi menopause.
