Mari kita simak pada artikel ini =)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pengukuran Antropometri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antropometri adalah pengukuran berbagadimensi tubuh dan komposisi dasar tubuh manusia pada tingkat umur dan gizi yang berbeda.<span id=\"fad97ecc-b8f6-4f10-be4f-a055cb1fd9ac\" data-items=\"[&quot;1703021637&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Pengukuran antropometri yang paling umum digunakan untuk mengetahui adanya <em><a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/mengapa-perutmu-bisa-buncit\/\">overweight<\/a><\/em> dan obesitas adalah menggunakan Indeks massa tubuh (IMT), lingkar pinggang (LiPi) dan rasio lingkar pinggang panggul (RLPP). Namun ada berbagai pengukuran antropometri lain untuk penentu obesitas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>merupakan indikator pengukuran antropometri yang banyak digunakan untuk menilai status gizi (obesitas). Indikator antropometri ini menggambarkan dan berkorelasi dengan masa lemak. Walaupun demikian,<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> IMT tidak dapat membedakan <em>lean mass<\/em> dan massa lemak serta tidak dapat membedakan lemak subkutan maupun lemak viseral<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"c9f04f35-95c1-4931-beaf-338c384cf30c\" data-items=\"[&quot;2256378824&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b2\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">IMT = <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2020\/04\/24\/menurunkan-berat-badan-secara-alami\/\">Berat badan<\/a> (kg) \/ tinggi badan (m<sub><sup>2<\/sup><\/sub>)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p><em>World Health Organization (WHO) <\/em>memberikan panduan terkait penentuan status gizi berdasarkan IMT. IMT 18,5-24,9 kg\/m<sup>2&nbsp; <\/sup>tergolong normal, 25-29,9 kg\/m<sup>2&nbsp; <\/sup>tergolong <em>overweight<\/em> dan &gt;30 kg\/m<sup>2&nbsp; <\/sup>tergolong obesitas. Masyarakat menyikapi dengan menganggap bahwa IMT normal &lt; 25 kg\/m<sup>2&nbsp;<\/sup>. Dampak dari pemikiran tersebut adalah meningkatnya prevalensi <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/diet-diabetes-mellitus\/\">diabetes melitus <\/a>dan mortalitas pada kategori IMT normal yang dikaitkan dengan distribusi lemak terutama lemak viseral, berkaitan erat dengan peningkatan risiko diabetes melitus dan penyakit kardiovaskular yang tidak dapat dinilai dengan menggunakan IMT saja. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Individu dengan masa otot tinggi akan mengalami overestimasi IMT <\/span><\/strong>tapi sebenarnya memiliki massa lemak yang rendah.<span id=\"5993a27b-6a13-46cb-8852-9a58a050d935\" data-items=\"[&quot;2256909800&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"381\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-4-1024x381.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-4-1024x381.png 1024w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-4-300x112.png 300w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-4-768x285.png 768w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-4.png 1033w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lingkar Pinggang (LiPi)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>merupakan indikator antropometri yang <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">berhubungan dengan lemak viseral dan subkutan<\/span><\/strong>. LiPi merupakan alat ukur lemak abdominal yang mudah dan berhubungan dengan risiko penyakit kardiometabolik. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">LiPi memiliki hubungan paling kuat dengan risiko kesehatan dibandingkan dengan IMT dan persen lemak<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"64aa5031-9560-4401-b115-6b3ccb58710a\" data-items=\"[&quot;2256909800&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Seseorang dikatakan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">obesitas abdominal jika nilai lingkar pinggang pada laki-laki &gt;90 cm dan pada perempuan &gt;80 cm<\/span><\/strong>. LiPi merupakan prediktor terbaik untuk faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler pada wanita.<span id=\"52f393a1-d34d-407d-8062-9604e2360423\" data-items=\"[&quot;1071273963&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b4\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran lingkar pinggang menggunakan <em>metline. <\/em>Pedoman pengukuran lingkar pinggang menurut standar WHO yaitu subjek harus berdiri tegak, kedua tangan di samping. Rasio yang tinggi berkaitan dengan peningkatan risiko diabetes melitus dan penyakit kardiovaskular karena RLPP mengukur simpanan <em>intra-abdominal fat<\/em>. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">RLPP lebih akurat untuk digunakan untuk mendiagnosis pasien dengan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular dibandingkan LiPi dan IMT<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"ed1ac00b-4d2a-4b3b-80a6-9c32b491bf20\" data-items=\"[&quot;2256909800&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RLPP merupakan hasil bagi antara LiPi dan lingkar panggul. Pengukuran LiPi untuk menentukan lingkar pinggang sama seperti protokol pengukuran LiPi WHO, sedangkan untuk mengukur lingkar panggul, subjek harus berdiri tegak, kedua tangan di samping. Pengukuran lingkar panggul dilakukan pada bagian terlebar dari pantat.Seseorang tergolong <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">obesitas abdominal dan berisiko terhadap berbagai penyakit kardiovaskuler berdasarkan RLPP pada orang Asia jika nilainya &gt;1 untuk laki-laki dan &gt;0,85 untuk perempuan<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"da6b098d-0ef4-48ee-9467-89e2935eaf88\" data-items=\"[&quot;1703021637&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b1\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">RLPP memiliki banyak keuntungan, namun dibandingkan dengan LiPi, RLPP kurang reliabel. RLPP juga kurang peka terhadap perubahan berat badan. RLPP juga tidak berhubungan dengan lemak abdominal pada perempuan. <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lingkar Leher<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengukuran lingkar leher dilakukan menggunakan <em>metline, <\/em>di atas bidang datar dengan kepala menghadap lurus ke depan. Lingkar leher diukur di atas <em>laryngeal prominence (adam\u2019s apple)<\/em> atau jakun untuk laki-laki dan pada tengah tulang rawan tiroid untuk wanita. Penelitian pada mahasiswa di&nbsp; Bosnia menyebutkan <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">lingkar leher \u226537,45 cm untuk laki-laki dan \u226532,75 cm untuk perempuan <\/span><\/strong><em>merupakan cut off point<\/em> yang tepat untuk mengidentifikasi individu obesitas.<span id=\"8cdd73bc-cb17-4c35-a5ef-ba4745b1b072\" data-items=\"[&quot;3671468011&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b5\u200b<\/sup><\/span> Penelitian pada mahasiswa usia 18-20 tahun di Pakistan menyebutkan <em>cut off point<\/em> untuk<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> lingkar leher sebesar \u2265 35,5 cm pada laki-laki dan \u2265 32 cm pada perempuan<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"4628c199-0169-447f-bd89-a8f54f5b6295\" data-items=\"[&quot;4268545306&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b6\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"372\" src=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/measure-289399_1920-1024x372.jpg\" alt=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/id\/photos\/perut-tubuh-kalori-diet-latihan-2354\/\" class=\"wp-image-1482\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/measure-289399_1920-1024x372.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/measure-289399_1920-300x109.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/measure-289399_1920-768x279.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/measure-289399_1920-1536x558.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/measure-289399_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan validasi yang dilakukan pada subjek yang berbeda, lingkar leher sebagai penentu pengukuran obesitas memiliki sensitivitas 93%, spesifitas 90%, akurasi 91% untuk laki-laki dan sensitivitas 93%, spesifitas 98%, akurasi 97% untuk perempuan. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Lingkar leher dikaitkan dengan obesitas karena pada penderita obesitas terjadi penumpukan lemak subkutan di daerah leher sehingga membuat lingkar leher menjadi lebih besar<\/span><\/strong>. Penumpukan lemak di daerah leher dapat menggambarkan keadaan jaringan subkutan tubuh bagian atas, selain itu merupakan jaringan yang memiliki aktivitas lipolisis yang tinggi.<span id=\"f229ad27-10d6-4ab7-8a17-47ad8279359f\" data-items=\"[&quot;826992595&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b7\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rasio Lingkar Pinggang Tinggi Badan (RLTB)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> RLTB menanggapi masalah bahwa ambang batas LiPi berbeda pada tiap ras, gender, dan bahkan tiap asal negara karena ada perbedaan tinggi badan dan distribusi lemak. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">RLTB mempertimbangkan bahwa pada subjek dengan tinggi badan yang lebih rendah, maka akan memiliki lemak abdominal lebih tinggi dibanding dengan subjek yang lebih tinggi<\/span><\/strong>.<span id=\"c1278015-045a-4350-a18c-9fce6c033230\" data-items=\"[&quot;553401442&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b8\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">RLTB = Lingkar pinggang (cm) \/ Tinggi badan (m<sup>2<\/sup>)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Penyesuaian variasi tinggi badan membuat RLTB menjadi indikator yang ambang batasnya dapat digunakan secara universal. Pada penelitian di orang dewasa Taiwan diketahui bahwa<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> RLTB &gt;0,5 merupakan indikator yang mudah dan efektif sebagai indikator untuk pengukuran obesitas sentral dan berhubungan dengan risiko kardio metabolik<\/span><\/strong> bahkan pada individu yang dikategorikan sehat berdasarkan IMT dan LiPi.<span id=\"5c59a2da-fcb3-4f3e-bda2-3459f9dce139\" data-items=\"[&quot;213780203&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b9\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sagital Abdominal Diameter (SAD)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">merupakan indikator antropometri yang kuat dari lemak viseral abdominal<\/span><\/strong>, prediktor <em>visceral adipose tissue<\/em> (VAT) yang bahkan lebih baik dibandingkan LiPi. SAD merupakan pengukuran yang sederhana yang dikembangkan berdasarkan fakta bahwa pada posisi terlentang pada arah sagittal<em>, <\/em>lemak viseral tetap mempertahankan tinggi dari abdomen, sedangkan lemak subkutan mengurangi tinggi dari abdomen karena tekanan gravitasi, indikator yang berhubungan sangat baik dibandingkan dengan IMT.<span id=\"3903dccd-82fd-42a6-96d7-da808121a19e\" data-items=\"[&quot;272989367&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" data-has-children=\"true\" class=\"abt-citation\"><sup>\u200b10\u200b<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diameter sagital abdominal diukur dengan menggunakan kaliper abdominal. Partisipan dalam posisi berbaring terlentang pada tempat yang datar. Pengukuran dilakukan pada diameter terlebar <em>supine anterior posterior <\/em>diantara tulang prosesus <em>xyphoid<\/em> dan <em>umbilicus.<\/em> Subjek diminta untuk menarik nafas dan membuang nafas dengan perlahan, kemudian kaliper dibawa hingga menyentuh dinding abdominal tanpa tekanan.
