Tanpa garam pasti makanan akan terasa hambar. Oleh karena itu, garam selalu dikonsumsi tiap hari oleh semua orang. Bagaimana cara menghitung konsumsi garam individu? Mari kita simak bersama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>merupakan senyawa mineral dengan unsur utama natrium dan klorida, dinyatakan sebagai natrium total yang berasal dari bahan pangan dan bahan yang ditambahkan. Natrium adalah salah satu jenis mineral yang ada pada garam. Konsumsi natrium yang berlebihan akan mempengaruhi kesehatan terutama <a href=\"https:\/\/ahligizi.id\/blog\/2019\/11\/23\/diet-hipertensi-darah-tinggi-dash-diet\/\">meningkatkan tekanan darah<\/a>. Konsumsi garam individu ditentukan dengan menimbang langsung banyaknya garam yang ditambahkan dalam hidangan yang dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah &#8211; langkah mendapatkan informasi jumlah garam yang ditambahkan :<span id=\"e5fa5209-d017-4789-98f2-3982d89d29cc\" data-items=\"[&quot;3896963225&quot;]\" contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"abt-citation\" data-has-children=\"true\"><sup>\u200b3\u200b<\/sup><\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tanyakan pada responden berapa banyak garam yang ditambahkan pada hidangan yang dikonsumsi dalam ukuran rumah tangga (URT). Untuk hidangan yang dibeli\/diberi dan responden tidak mengetahui jumlah garam yang ditambahkan penjual\/pemberi. Misal untuk makanan yang dibeli maka tanyakan langsung kepada penjual (mie bakso, soto, sop, rawon, dll) berapa banyak garam dalam URT yang ditambahkan. <\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Timbang garam sebanyak URT yang dibubuhkan untuk hidangan<\/span><\/strong> <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila di rumah tangga\/penjual tidak tersedia garam untuk ditimbang, maka perkiraan penggunaan garam yang dikonsumsi dapat menggunakan URT sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>1 sendok makan peres = 10 gram<\/p><p>Sesendok muncung = 15 gram<\/p><p>Satu sendok teh = 5 gram<\/p><p>seujung sendok teh = 2 gram<\/p><p>Sejumput\/seiprit = 0,1 gram<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Jangan lupa jika yang hidangan dibuat dan dikonsumsi banyak orang, maka hasil penimbangan \/ perkiraan garam perlu dibagi dengan jumlah individu yang mengkonsumsi. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perhitungan Berdasar Tabel Perkiraan Jumlah Garam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk hidangan yang dibuat di rumah tangga dan hidangan yang dibeli\/diberi dan responden tidak mengetahui banyaknya jumlah garam yang ditambahkan. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Jumlah garam ditentukan dengan Tabel Perkiraan Jumlah Garam yang dikonsumsi.<\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah &#8211; langkah mendapatkan informasi jumlah garam Berat Garam Jika Hidangan Tidak Tercantum Dalam Daftar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila ditemukan hidangan yang tidak tercantum dalam daftar rata-rata berat garam per 100 gram maka perkiraan penggunaan garam memakai perhitungan pengggunaan garam yang mendekati jenis contoh makanan yang ada berdasar kelompok bahan pangan dan jenis pengolahan yang sama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contoh : ikan gabus goreng tidak ada di dalam tabel maka penambahan garam mengikuti garam dalam ikan air tawar goreng<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penggunaan garam yang ditaburkan pada makanan yang digoreng seperti kripik, emping, kacang tanah maka penggunaan garam sebanyak 2 gram\/100 gram makanan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian di India terkait asupan garam juga melakukan metode dengan cara  meminta responden untuk memperkirakan jumlah garam yang ditambahkan menggunakan buklet model makanan untuk membantu pelaporan jumlah makanan yang dikonsumsi, yang disertai petunjuk penjelasan variasi bahan resep dan teknik penyiapan makanan.<span yang mengandung Kalium karena mengonsumsi lebih banyak pangan sumber Kalium dapat membantu menurunkan tekanan darah.
